“added to the disney experience”

couldn't have been more satisfied. friendly staff, filling breakfast, great bed and pillows, and real close to disney world!! would surely stay here again

“Simple, convenient and comfortable”

Great location, comfy beds. Fridge, microwave for late night snack after the theme parks. Close to Downtown Disney...and the parks.

“Too much cleanliness”

The hotel was safe, quiet and clean. Not new, but very comfortable. We stayed for two nights while at a golf tournament. When we went to bed the first night, we put the "Do not disturb" sign on the door and it had disappeared by the time we woke up. Since there was an extra sign, we placed it on the door before we left that morning. Since we were only there for a short time, we didn't see any reason for anyone to come into the room...so we could leave our things laying about. When we returned that evening, the second sign had disappeared from the door and housekeeping had been in the room. Not only had they taken the towels we had used, but they failed to leave any washcloths. They had a sign up that said if towels were hanging it meant they would be reused, and not replaced, so we're still not sure why they replaced the towels since we left them hanging to use the next day. The front desk was happy to give us more washcloths to use, but it was a little irritating to go back downstairs at 1:00 a.m. when all we wanted to do was climb into bed! Anyway, not a big deal. Almost humorous because you hate to complain about housekeeping actually doing their job - just wish they had finished putting linens in the room. Free wifi and good hot breakfast made this a great deal. Also, there was no fee for parking and no resort fee charged. Those two items alone can add upwards of $25 per night to most hotels in that area, so this was a great deal (through Expedia).

“Hotel nice Internet not”

If you plan on staying at this hotel be warned that their internet, while it is free, is very slow -- we are talking a speed of .50 at max. While this is fine to receive and send a few Emails it is woefully inadequate for any other activity. In short, your phone is a better option for internet than this hotel. We called on two consecutive nights to have it sped up and they did get it go to .80 on one of the nights. Since we spent a week here and since we did not do Disney because we were at a trade show we will never stay at this location again. So, if you don't need internet the hotel will be ok. If you use the internet for anything other than Email you will be sorely disappointed!

“great price and great location, could use changes”

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. A few downfalls no garbage out front of hotel. water pressure in shower was so low it took forever to wash and rinse hair. Bring your own soap, the soap they give leaves your skin feeling dirty and almost sticky. Last thing would have to be the cable...we didnt go there to watch TV but as we were getting ready i needed something for my son to watch and there were few channels and all the cartoons were in Spanish, no luck. I did love the fridge and the size of the bathroom, location prime to downtown disney without ALL the traffic, in great area for food. Overall it was great with just a few minor things. Im not a complainer but want you to have a good truthful review.

“Great Place!!”

Very clean, up to date hotel with comfortable beds/pillows, friendly staff and nice breakfast and eating area. Close to the hustle bustle of Disney, but quiet and peaceful location. Would easily recommend it. Going back soon to Disney and booked same hotel.
