Florida trip

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. I did read the reviews before I booked. We have stayed in the name hotel in many areas. Most of the reviews were good, but there were some bad ones too. Being experienced with the Hampton Inns, I took my chance and disregarded the negative ones because I've always enjoyed my stays here. I'm glad we didn't listen to the bad ones. Very clean, friendly, convenite. Was a mile from airport and walking distance to many choice resturants. Will stay here again as well as other Hampton Inn's.

Nice hotel

Pros: Complimentary breakfast, wi-fi and parking.
Location: Good location.
It was a comfortable stay.. neutrogena products at bathrooms..

Not a great Hampton Inn

I am a huge Hampton Inn fan and always book them when possible. This one was not up to Hampton standards. It was an old hotel that needs a full remodel. The AC in my room didn't work properly and I asked for it to be repaired but it didn't help. The thermostat was erratic, I could never get the temp comfortable. Staff was excellent and it was clean and had the usual nice bed and bedding. This get's a C-

Beat Up Hotel

Pros: Nice lobby
Cons: overall the owner of the property could make a little less profit and invest in updating the rooms
Location: right next to airport. lots of places to eat and drink. no issue on location.
I may be getting fickle but I would not say this hotel was up to what I have come accustom to when staying at Hampton. Power sockets were disconnected. TVs were old. Heavy musty smell. And, the air condition would not stay on or cool throughout the stay. Feels like operations is cutting the wrong corners to save cost.
