Our stay was great for one night, staff was very friendly and professional, room was cleaned very well including sheets and bathroom. Our only issue was both our Queen beds made squeaking noses every time someone moved an inch, which kept the four of us up through out the night.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very polite and professional. The only real let down was that we were here in Sanford for a soccer tournament and there is a lot of down time after and in between games. Yesterday and Today being (Saturday and sunday) there were very important playoff implicating football games on tv. Unfortunately lfor me the tv did not want to cooperate on the networks broadcasting the games. I requested assistance from the front desk and someone came up to take a look but never returned or fixed the issue. Needless to say, i was annoyed that i couldn't relax and watch the good football games on tv

The bed was sunk in and extremely uncomfortable. I asked for regular half and half for the coffee, all they had was flavored, but the staff didnt even check for more. They just what you see is what we have. We wont be back.
