When i arrived at the property i was told that the hotel did not have hot water. they gave me a choice to stay or not. i chose, not to stay. they charged me one night and i now need to spend time in cleaning this up to get my money back. i'm very disappointed in the service at this property. they were unprofessional and joking around like it was no big deal.

I will not stay in this Hotel again. They didn't have hot water, they didn't say why? The air conditioning in the room at night did not cool well and in the lobby the coffee was cold and the breakfast was limited...apparently they are not attentive to customer service. They must give more maintenance to the facilities, clean the carpets and fix structural problems. The room was clean, which means that the janitorial does its job but the rest is terrible. I do not recommend it. Sad to go through this and even more so when you celebrate your birthday in a Hotel that is not cheap at all.

Very dated, rooms were nothing like photos on website.Dirty, worn, had that hourly hotel smell and feel. Had booked for 5 nights, left after the first!

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The only thing we were not satisfied was the breakfast. There are breakfast staff around but they do not refill the items. We came down at 8:00am and the food items does not look presentable and not replenished. Even the coffee lids and some sugar options were empty.

The room was clean and spacious. This hotel is very welcoming of pets. My only concern is that the ceiling of the bathroom had black mold.

Great affordable hotel Quick stay
Front desk is nice, rooms spacious. Relatively clean but the condition of room was pretty used. There was no door latch and maintenance had to Gerry rig it on, screws not secured. Hot tub not hot, def would not come for amenities. Was good for going to Disney and icon park, and coming back to sleep. Breakfast is fire.Free parking

The room was cold , and heater did not work , smelled kind of musty , Breakfast was ok but not the usual for a Hampton Inn. No juice , machine broken , not much fruit or different types of muffins . Sausage was more like sliced hotdogs. No waffles, Staff was nice.

Room was very comfortable and fresh. Staff at check in very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is a little dated and tired looking but well maintained. Was surprised to find the room did not have a spot for any hanging clothes and ended up having to use the shower curtain rod as a closet. However, I would stay here again.

The tv remote was disgusting, couldn’t even clean it with the wipes I brought. The AC was very loud and short cycling
Coffee always cold. Hallways dirty. Elevator door with unnecessary noise and probably easier fix
Free water good breakfast. Easy check in and out. Everything else worked fine.
We did not receive a room with a king bed because they didn’t have any left. When I questioned why they told me because they couldn’t use all the rooms due to the odor. I told her we had an odor as well in the room she gave us. The room was musty and had a wet feel. Also the mini fridge was falling thru the cabinet and looked like a dog chewed the face of the cabinet off. Very disappointed for it being a Hilton property. They need to invest some money in this hotel. It wasn’t worth was I paid.
The carpeting in our room was soaked. I am guessing they had just cleaned the carpet. The room was wet the entire stay. The humidity in the room was so bad that it got my laptop wet from sitting on the desk. Also, my dog found old dog poop in the room and was eating it!
