Let’s list the negatives first
We upgraded by xtra cost to have a suite. That was fine
Sofa and armchair unusable - Springs protruding fans frame collapsing.
Electricity outlets exposed and dangerous
Bedside cabinet between the two queen beds has sharp sides and too close to bed - cut my head
No availability in hotel for disposal of sharps (I am diabetic - fortunately inject once a week but had to take needle to Disney for proper disposal
Breakfast was minimalistic - small muffins the only available pastry (and that was only given on two of our nine breakfasts). Regularly out of stock of food. Simply unacceptable.
Bedding and housekeeping good - but only twice in nine days
Gardening was bein done - very untidy and couldn’t care less about disrupting guests.
Manager Cindy walked past us four times - did not talk nor raise a response to feedback already given via Expedia
They simply DO NOT CARE ANYMORE
I have visited hotel a number of times - by far the worst.
I absolutely object to the $300 upgrade charge paid. Disgraceful. Had things been in order, would have been justified.
As to $5 charge to give me a letter sent to the hotel from my son? Nickel and dining.
Customers can screw equally as hard as businesses
The positive - Maria on front desk was lovely. Very apologetic to our issues at check out but nothing she could do. She is an amazing ambassador for your hotel.
