Nice hotel for price

The location of the hotel was great, since it was about 20 minutes from MCO airport and 20 minutes to the Magic Kingdom. Considering the tourist location, the price was pretty cheap. Breakfast was expensive at $11.95 per person, but an Ihop was also at walking distance. Rooms were wonderfully clean and the hotel also has a pool and hot tub that guests could relax in. Everything was pretty much neat and orderly.

Cons: Please give guests option to make tea in the room.
Location: lots of places for breakfast - hilton offers its own morning breakfast option (fresh and wholesome); ihope; Denny's. close to Universal studios
A really nice hotel! safe, clean and well maintained facility and extremely friendly and helpful staff. This is our second time we stayed and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. My only peeve - you use to have a coffee-tea maker to make both tea and coffee in the room. Now it is replaced by an expensive option that can only make coffee. For both of us, me and my bf, who love tea...we had no option but to run down every morning for tea....which was quite annoying. i don't understand Hilton's logic to replace something that was simple, multipurpose and environmental friendly with tassimo type single-serve, non-recyclable pods that only a few guests like!

We only stayed for 1 night, the room was clean, the staff was amazing, the restaurant has great food and good price in general is a good choice.

Other than asset upgrade works on the lower floors we stayed on the 6th floor all facilities were excellent andcgreathelo with e-mails from the business centre

I had stayed in three other hotels in the last two weeks and this was by far the best. All thought, I did not like the mattress, otherwise a very nice hotel. Was glad that they has room service, as I was very tired. The food was hot and good.

Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful at all hours.
Cons: More food options. Pantry pretty limited, not as advertised.
Location: We ended up walking to Walgreens for some things...do able but it would help having a car, this location seemed a bit more suited to business class.
Only thing I would change is that the onsite restaurant offer other options for breakfast other than the buffet...expensive for families and kids do not eat enough for that expense.

Bad service starting at check in

i was given a smoking room that smelled horrible and then I requested to get another room and went to the front desk to move rooms. I get the new keys and get upstairs with all my baggage and the keys don't work. I go back down again and didn't even get an apology, they said it was my fault if I put it near electronics, it was in my hand the whole time! I requested a rollaway bed and it wasn't in the room and had to deal with the front desk for a third time with 40 mins if being at the hotel. I will never stay in this hotel again!

Great base on International Drive!

Pros: Location, facilities, room size.
Only stayed for one night in between accommodation and was really pleased with everything. Nice room, pleasant staff. Near to I-Drive - used the bus to go out at night as plenty of restaurants close by. Pool area lovely and peaceful. Would stay again.
