Not a four star service facility. Limited housekeeping; only turned down the room once in over a week stay and only by specific request. Phones in room didn’t work. Couldn’t accommodate late checkout due to staff overwhelmed and overbooked.

This was a great resort and had very great amenities. If you are looking for a place that's central to all theme parks and with great dining options nearby, look no further!

The pool and grounds were beautiful room looked very nice when we got in it that being said, after a few hours walking around, we realized our feet were filthy and black! The floor in our room had obviously not been mopped, I mean it had to been days.. if not weeks every night I had to wash our feet before we went to bed because they were filthy even after we had all bathed, and then I had to do it again in the morning before we left I would not recommend staying here!

This property was so amazing, so much so that we changed our plans to spend most of a day at the resort. The pools and hot tubs were beautiful and even though it was very busy with tons of people, it did not feel crowded. The unit was huge and clean and modern. Walkable to Seaworld and Aquatica but there is a shuttle as well. So many restaurants and activities within 5 minute drive. Lastly, even though this is a timeshare property, they did not push sales pitches but did let you know they were available so i have respect for that. I certainly hope that we can visit this location again in the future!!!

The room shares a corner with a basket ball court. There were kids shouting while playing late at night. Check in was also long. It doesn’t make sense to have a separate concierge just for a parking pass. They should combine that with check in.

Property has everything and my suite was amazing. I did all of my laundry before returning home. They have a movie theater, DVD rental and multiple pools. The whole resort was relaxing and family oriented.

Loved how the properties were in walking distance and connected to one another! The outside grounds area are beautiful. The inside areas are beautiful but will need some attention sooner than later. Started ti see areas that need upgrading. Other than that, I would definitely recommend bringing your family and I will definitely return!

Horrible customer service / house keeping. 3/24 delayed check in @5pm 3/26 house keeping leaves only one towel in room. Called 3 times for towels. Waited 2 hours for towels. 3/27 water shut off@11am 3/28 again, house keeping only leaves one towel in room. Called 2 times. 3/29 @4pm room still not done, had to retrieve 2 towels from housekeeper down the hall. It was such a wonderful experience (sarcasm) staying at your hotel.

This is a great resort. Plenty to do if you want to just stay at the hotel and save $$$ by avoiding Disney. Wonderful pools, several large hot tubs, basketball, tennis & pickle ball courts, and shuffle board. All the equipment can be checked out at the activities center. Loved this place. I'm coming back next year with more family !!

The moment we arrived I wished we were staying for more than just one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean with modern design and comfy beds. The fridge and microwave were nice. Sadly it was lightly raining the night we stayed but we were happy to find that the property had a couple of nice hot tubs to enjoy. We also got complimentary coffee or water at their market. It’s small but I appreciate the thoughtfulness.

The property was beautiful, enjoyed the three pools and the ambience. The location was excellent and the reception staff were excellent. However, the rooms needed upgrading - the fridge froze all our food, the coffee maker leaked and the room generally looked tired. We had terrible service at the poolside cafe/bar - we waited an hour to get a salad with grilled chicken. Otherwise, we enjoyed the pools and the little lake.

The location of the property necessitated hiring Uber for anywhere we needed to go. The shuttle provided for guests was very limited and was provided at an additional cost. The room was not clean. There were limited towels for 3 people, and no sheets were provided for the pull out bed. The floors were obviously not cleaned for some time, and our room was only cleaned once over the time we were there. Twice we had the do not disturb sign out, but it was late afyernoon, so the room should have been cleaned earlier. The staff, on the other hand, was great. From the front desk, concierge and numerous people at the gift shop and pool.

It’s not that I didn’t like the property, I was just expecting the rooms to be updated and more like the images I saw while booking. There was a smell that would hit you super hard when walking into the room. It might be due to the weather but it smelled like a hot mildew-wet smell. We checked in at 1AM so didn’t want to switch rooms, and we didn’t have a reaction to the smell…it just was musty smelling and all our clothes and my hair smelled like it. Great pool, multiple hot tubs. Not sure what was off limited for “owners or members” but the pool was nice, the bar/cafe was good, and the coffee shop was good.

Checkin was fantastic. After that it was all downhill. We got harassed about signing up for timeshare stuff our entire vacation, they gave us 2 bath towels for three people for a six day stay and it took us 2 days to get more towels. We requested extra blankets and pillows and that also took 2 days. They said they had shuttle service to select locations but when we asked about it they told us we could just as easily walk or Uber. Our room was not cleaned the entire time even though we were told we would get that service daily. The service in the main restaurant was great but the little store/coffee shop it was very poor. Overall, not a great experience. The grounds were beautiful though and the rooms were nice.

The check in was so slow that you think they are messing with you on purpose. Food closes down at 9pm. I was on the sixth floor and the elevator was broken. The rooms have no sound proofing you hear every noise in and outside the building.
