The most impressive aspect of this complex was the staff who were immensely friendly and pleasant, from the front of house staff who greeted us to the lady who brought me an extra 2 towels and put them under my head. It is also ideally situated next to the premium outlets and have convenient access via a side gate. The only slight concern i had was that our room had an inter-connecting door and we could hear the people in that room, and I imagine they could hear us. However overall i would recommend this complex to anyone and i will certainly be back.

Had a little difficulty switching the reservation, which is why it received four stars. However, the room was spotless and the grounds were lovely.

Stayed at the Hilton for the SAP convention and had a restful week despite being on a business trip. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff is trained and all courteous and helpful.

This was my first time. My stay was very enjoyable.

We had the King Suite (2 adult/2 children). Full kitchen was a plus. Way too many speed bumps in the parking lots. No kidding like every 20 yards. Big complex of seven buildings. Hotel staff very very friendly, helpful and polite. They were awesome (front desk/bellhops/painters). Landscape was beautiful. Starbucks coffee pricey in the off lobby grill/food room but the Belgian waffle was flawless and yummy. Right next to the massive outlet mall. Good if you are a shopper, bad if you want to avoid traffic. Add 30-45 minutes to your travel times in and out of the area. Terrible traffic jams every day. Get out early and come back late to miss the traffic. It a nice complex but too congested for us to return.

We loved our stay. The facilities were beautiful, we definitely felt like we were on vacation. We only wish we could have enjoyed the hotel more as we were at parks all day every day. We will definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed here an found that it was a tourist trap. They were more interested in selling time shares than catering to your average vacationer. The facility is off the beaten path. You had to call for a ride to go to the main pool or restaurants. The bar drinks were overpriced and the wait staff extremly rude.

After recently staying at this hotel for eight days, we were left with a very positive experience. Right from the time of our arrival to the time of our departure we were very pleased with everything the property had to offer. The staff that we encountered were all very pleasant to deal with. The location of the property was great...close to everything, outlet mall was close by, as well as International Dr. which offered up any type of dining you could want. Freeways were also close by, I would however recommend a gps for anyone travelling to surrounding areas. Overall a great vacation filled with great memories. We will be back.

you can stay at the hotel and it has so many daily activities you never need to leave..yet is surrounded by other attractions to keep busy as well....we will definitely be going back here for future stays

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. This past trip was a surprise and my husband was very pleased that we stayed here again. I upgraded the room for a few extra dollars and booked the king suite with an in room jacuzzi, full sized kitchen, and washer and dryer. It was perfect and we will be returning. The location is fantastic; we are annual passholders to universal studios. Very nice area, not scary or shady at all. The one and only complaint we have is that the walls are very thin, and our neighbors were a family of at least 5 who woke up everyday around 6 and blared music. Do not pass up this fantastic resort.
