Wonderful Hotel

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Cons: The restaurant staff was not so good.
Location: Downtown Disney is literally across the street and all of the Disney locations are also close driving distance. But the hotel offers a bus system.
I loved all of the options for dinning that the hotel had, and it was so close to so many things. The staff was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean & very comfortable. Only negative was that after you pay for a room in a nice hotel they charge you an additional $15-$20 per day for parking. That's just crazy!!!

Disney weekend

Pros: Nice room, 24 hour cafe, Disney Shuttle
The hotel was clean, and the staff was more than accommodating. I was impressed with how nice the hotel was. They have a cafe open 24 hours which is so convenient. The shuttle to Disney was a big plus.

Pleasant staff, clean resort, we were very happy.

Posted Feb 11, 2015
Pros: The cleanliness and professionalism by the staff.
Cons: Fix your room keys and door locks. Lower your resort and parking fees.
Location: Downtown Disney directly across the street. The Disney parks are pretty close but you have to drive or take a shuttle, not in walking distance.
The hotel and the room were very clean and the staff were very pleasant and polite. The only bad thing was every time we left our room, our room keys wouldn't work and we had to go back down to the front desk each time to get new keys. They said if we continued to have problems that they would probably have to fix or replace the lock. That never happened and instead they gave us a cheesy continental breakfast for the trouble. It would have been very easy to just fix the problem instead of letting it go and I probably wouldn't even be mentioning this. I requested some kind compensation, a discount or even a dinner comp and nothing (it's not like the Hilton's don't have the money). Great location to the parks (even though my wife and I didn't do the parks). It's right across the street from Downtown Disney so don't take the free shuttle bus over there it's a waste of time because you stop at like 10 hotels to pick other people up. The resort fee of $22.00 a day is a joke. You get a free coffee or a bottle of water each day for the resort fee. The self parking is also a joke, $5.00 a day should be the most they should charge anyone ($10.00 for valet). We ate at the hotel and Downtown Disney once because it was so expensive. I recommend going somewhere off site to eat (lot's of places to shop and eat on Hwy 192). I am a very easy person to please. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Would we stay here again? If the door to our room works, probably.

Location: Great location!!
Close, easy walk to Downtown Disney. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Transportation to the four Disney Parks - plus Disney hotel transportation right across the street at Downtown Disney. Terrific views from our front sixth floor room - Downtown Disney and the Epcot fireworks.

Close to Downtown Disney

Posted Feb 10, 2015
Pros: Pros: Friendly, close to downtown disney, nice pools/hot tubs, 24 hour snack bar and Starbucks
Cons: little more attention to cleaning, bus service to DISNEY has to be improved- I would reconsider before using again..way to crowded -not accommodating
Location: Location was good for Downtown Disney- decent for magic kingdom/Epcot
Pros: Friendly, close to downtown disney, nice pools/hot tubs, 24 hour snack bar cons: Rooms weren't fully cleaned each day ( coffee pots left dirty, not all towels taken), we had 2 rooms and my mother was locked out of her room because her key would not work and the staff could not get the door open either. ( 145 AM), buses to Disney were timely but trying to take a wchr on was very difficult- buses were very crowded..why dont they open the bottom of bus for storage??? or some other are for wchrs and strollers?? , restaurants is VERY expensive ( mr ts) fro what you got!!

Quick trip

We stayed only one night. The hotel rooms definitely need some updating but overall it was comfortable. The convenience of the restaurants in the hotel plus the distance to surrounding points of interest (namely Disney) was great!
