Will definitely stay again!Posted Sep 17, 2014
Clean, airy, comfortable. Staff friendly and accommodating across the board....service excellent. Spa beautiful, treatments on the upper end price-wise, but my pedicure was heavenly, and well worth the price. Pools and outdoor cabanas/bar area wonderfully designed and immaculately clean.

Great Place to stay in OrlandoPosted Sep 5, 2014
Pros: Super clean, comfy beds, quiet, everything was in great condition.
Location: Close to attractions. On-site facilities, but we never used them. Lots of food and stuff very nearby.
Easy to find, close to attractions. Huge place, but had no issues getting in or out, finding room etc.

Excellent hotel - great locationPosted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: Lobby was cool and relaxed. Room and beds perfect. Pool was lovely.
Cons: When entering the pool area you could help yourselves to towels - great, but too many people abused this and took far too many. Untidy and costly.
Location: Great location but you will need a car. Very good central compromise for I-Drive, Universal and Disney, etc.
This is exactly what you expect from a Hilton. Everything was perfect. The room was great and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The pool area and lazy river were were the kid's favourite part - they even chose this over going to Disney on some days. A car is a must in Orlando and probably even more so at this hotel; there is a 7-11, Red Rooster, McDonalds and Dennys within easy walking distance but that was all. To get to the beginning of the main I-Drive area would be a hot 1-mile walk minimum. But we found being slightly further out was a benefit as there was a more relaxed atmosphere. Also the traffic was a lot less busy meaning that to get to Disney was only about a 10 minute drive. Food at the hotel was very expensive, but we did treat ourselves to a couple of Pizzas around the pool which were very nice and large enough to feed the four of us for about $35. We had a room-only rate, so we ate at Dennys over the road most mornings - massive breakfast for all four of us was about $35 plus tax and tip. This kept us going all day! When booking, don't forget that the additional resort charge and parking will add about $40/day extra to the bill.

Nice waterparkPosted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: The pool area was awesome.
Location: The location is great. Close to a trolley pick up and you can buy a trolley day pass down in the lobby for $5 and it will take to a lot of places.
Beautiful hotel and grounds, after third day there the room service was a little on the poor side. They didn't make one of the beds and did not replace our drinking glasses or empty the ice bucket. Not that big of a deal but it was like they got started and just forgot to come back and finish up. And I'm sure if we would have requested they would have made it right. We always had plenty of towels and washcloths and the room was overall very clean. If I ever go back I would pay the little extra and get a room that overlooks the resort side of the hotel. It would have been a much better view.

Loved Hilton OrlandoPosted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: Not crowded at all. Very pleasant. Great pool area with an excellent lazy river. Never had to fight for chairs/umbrellas. Poolside service great.
Cons: There were a couple of concierges that were not that knowledgeable about area events/restaurants.
Location: Universal Studios and Disney World parks are only about a 15 minute drive from Hotel. Very convenient if you have a rental car.
Great experience! Would definitely stay here again. Very close to Orlando airport, Universal, and Disney World theme parks. Not a lot of screaming kids at the pool area (perhaps because we stayed the week school started). Hotel even has a "Quiet Pool" for guests over the age of 18. All staff, from housekeeping to guest services to wait staff at the pool bar, were extremely courteous and helpful. Would stay here again. They even made it easy for me to print my boarding passes the day before I left because there are a couple of computers with a printer for this purpose in the lobby. Thanks for a great experience.

Nice hotel, close to theme parks and shopping.Posted Aug 26, 2014
Hotel facilities are very good. The lazy river was an unexpected bonus. Staff is a little slow at responding to requests, and don't forget there is a $20 a day resort fee, so add to the room rate to get the real cost.
