Nice PlacePosted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Quiet, not a lot of young children. Love the Starbucks and snack area.
Cons: Provide one price that includes everything!
Location: Disney, Universal, ESPN, Outlets, really everything is no more than a 30 minute drive.
Nice hotel. This is the second time we stay there. Close to everything and not a lot of young kids running around. The first time around they did not provide free internet which was a game breaker but now it's all included. Well if you include the resort fee and parking fee!

Poor remodeling, good location, way too expensive.Posted Feb 17, 2015
Cons: Almost everything.
Location: You have International Drive right there, and much can be done along this road. It is Orlando;s centerpiece.
The hotel is OK, but it should be a $120-140 per night hotel, including breakfast and parking. The breakfast was not just disappointing, it was outright ..bad. The parking, at $16 per night (when parking garages on International Drive are only $3) is too expensive. The $20 "resort fee" is simply...ridiculous. The carpets were ..tired, and certainly not clean enough. In general, when one pays $220 per night, one expect his money's worth. We did not get it and we will not be coming back.

Just regular business hotel, nothing more. Executive lounge on upper level is so outdated, breakfast and snacks there pretty pacetic :(

Ripped towels & previous guests laundryPosted Feb 16, 2015
Cons: see above
Location: Orlando with theme parks
I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and that there was a previous guests dirty laundry in the room hanging over the shower curtain and obvious. The second towel (only 2 in the room) was ripped with a hole in it, again obvious to whoever folded/rolled it. The prices were very high. No mini fridge or mini bar in the room. Room service had the gratuities added which I understand but an administrative charge? Then a self parking charge too. Not impressed at all we had tried to get a reservation at any of the area's Marriott's but they were booked. Lesson: get your daughter to have her baby on time so you don't have to stay in at a Hilton hotel.

Would definitely stay here again for businessPosted Feb 12, 2015
Pros: Close proximity to convention center, staff is great and accommodating.
Location: Lots of restaurant choices within a mile. Sea World around the corner.
Staff very accommodating and had a welcoming attitude upon arrival. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff always eager to assist and did so with smiling faces! Was in Orlando for business trip attending a trade show at the Convention Center, which is within walking distance depending on which hall the show is in, or a very short cab ride under $5, which is nice if it happens to be raining. Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again.c

Excellent hotel with great staffPosted Feb 8, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff, condition of the room, closeness to airport, and scenic views of the pool area.
Cons: None that I can think of.
Location: Since we arrived a bit late, we ate at one of the places at the hotel and didn't venture out to see what was going on.
My wife and I stayed one night pre-cruise leaving from Port Canaveral. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and treated us royally. A very nice perk, for a bit of extra money, was the buffet breakfast the following morning. The entire property was well kept and spotless. The king size bed was just the thing for a good night's sleep following a long day of travel. I would stay at the Hilton the next time I'm in Orlando!
