Fun place to stayPosted Jul 21, 2014
Great pool area for fun and also a quiet area for adults. Staff is friendly. Everything you need on site if you're willing to pay for it. If not, plenty of surrounding businesses to counter the high food and drink costs at the resort.

ChargesPosted Jul 17, 2014
The hotel was in a perfect location, for all attractions. I was not aware of all the charges I would have at the end of my stay. Hilton charges 20 dollars a day for internet/amenities and 16 dollars a day for overnight parking, plus tax. I wasn't happy about that, is a understatement....

Great hotel!Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: I liked how they had pools to entertain the children and a bar for the parents!
Location: This hotel is very convenient to restaurants and to all the Walt Disney parks plus SeaWorld and universal studios. I mean how great is it to be just 1
This is a good place to stay if you have little ones or just in general. There are a lot of things to do from the lazy river to activities going on in the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful especially at the breakfast buffet our server Jose was very nice and attentive. Akeem from the front desk was very helpful and informative. The only thing I will say that wasn't pleasing was the smell in the room but I'm assuming its from the humidity but it didn't bother much considering we weren't in our room much. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone its beautiful the staff is friendly and it just gives you that relaxing feel which is what my family needed.

Great facilities, disappointing roomsPosted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: The pools and lazy river are amazing. Lobby and public spaces are beautiful. Firepits and other facilities were lovely as well.
Cons: Cleaner rooms! A continental breakfast would be awesome as well.
Location: Five minutes from SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove, and only about 15-20 minutes from Universal Studios and Disney.
Staying at the Hilton Orlando is worth it primarily because of the hotel facilities. This place has it all- two swimming pools, firepits to lounge beside at night, a winding lazy river, putting greens- pretty much anything entertainment related, they have it. However, the rooms are very basic. We were a bit disappointed in our room, to be honest- I've seen more furniture and options available in budget hotels. Worse, the room was never, not once, properly cleaned in our eight night stay. By the end of the week, the room had started to smell a little funky. There were crumbs and lots of hair on the floor, we weren't sure our sheets had been changed, and the bathroom had plainly not been scrubbed down. Not what I was expecting, Hilton. :/

5 years in a row!!!!Posted Jul 10, 2014
This is our 5th consecutive time staying at this wonderful hotel. Many people here leave comments about how pricey things are.. I guess depending on what part of the country or world your coming from this may hold some merit... However, prior to booking this hotel all the information can easily be obtained on their website... If it doesnt appeal to you thats very easily fixed with a click, and on to the next.... Now that thats over with.. This hilton is simply stunning... The pool, hot tubs, lazy river, and overall beauty is 2nd to none.. We have now stayed here 5 years for our family vacation.. Its located next to discovery cove, aquatica and seaworld... Plenty of places to eat and drink outside the hotel... As im tying this im already prepared to book again for may of 2015... Great great deals can be had for booking that far out... See you guys again soon!!! Orlando hilton, YOU ROCK!!!!!

Nice hotel with lots to doPosted Jul 10, 2014
Stayed here for 11 nights (family of four). Great hotel with lots to do. Nice pool, waterslide, lazy river, mini-golf, tennis court, 1/4 mile running track, nightly fires to roast marshmellows and smores. Hotel was clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Ran out of tissues and toilet paper a couple of times during stay and no spares left in room. Tissues weren't refilled for 2 days and only one roll of toilet paper left in bathroom at a time - not a really big issue, but an inconvenience. Hotel close to restaurants, Sea World and Aquatic. There is a resort fee of $20/day and $16/day for self parking. Watch out for the Hilton time-share booth on the lower level of the hotel (this is different from Hilton Hotels). If you attend a time-share seminar at another location, they will give you a discount on park tickets. They advised it would take 90 minutes however we were there for 2 and half hours and our kids left in a tiny (supervised) room. A lot of pressure to buy into the time share (we didn't buy) and we saved a total of $29 off Sea World tickets. Discount definitely not worth the time wasted at the seminar! Overall would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Just awesome!! Pricey but worth it..Posted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: Everything.. everyone I en counted was very nice.
Family yearly vacation. Went through expedia.com. the only thing the car rental was too small, so we had to upgrade to midsize car instead, it also costed us an extra 500.00 with gas, gps, insurance.. Now I know what questions to ask next time.

Nice hotel but nothing was included in the room raPosted Jul 6, 2014
After paying over $200 for a room we were still charged for parking ($16.00 a day) which later discovered if you are a non-guest going to the spa it was free parking. Breakfast was over charged for the amount of food. Overall the hotel/amenities were amazing. We Will take our own food and beverages the next time.
