Nice hotel. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. I recommended this hotel to one of my coworkers, for a trip next month.

Front Desk staff very helpful, especially StefaniePosted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: Nice outdoor pool and comfortable, artistic furnishings and art everywhere.
Cons: Perhaps a renovation is in their future, but overall, it's a comfortable, clean and well attended hotel.
Location: It is easy to access and there are many stores, restaurants, shops, etc. within a 5 mile radius. Walking is not an option though due to the distance.
While visiting to attend an art course and not having ground transportation (except for taxis), the front desk employee, Stephanie arranged for the shuttle bus to transport and pick me up every day of my stay. They also arranged for transportation to the airport. Overall, the staff in the restaurant and all other locations were very helpful, polite and professional. Excellent service and I would definitely return to this hotel.

Very lovely and clean hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I will certainly stay here again. A little further away from a UCF but price much lower than hotels near campus. Worth the drive

Great locationPosted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: Checkin-staff, executive bkfst staff were both great
Cons: fix the areas mentioned in experience
Location: was close to Winter Park area; 30 to 60 minutes away from attractions
Most of the hotel experience was up to par with the following exceptions: 1) Hotel room A/C was not working for approx 24 hours reaching 80 degrees overnight 2) Housekeeping didn't service the room two days out of seven, wrongly stating that we 'must have' left the DND sign on the door 3) stupidest location for the toilet roll dispenser I have ever seen

It was not what I expected from the Hilton brand.Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: It had a nice lobby and courteous staff.
Cons: Update the remaining rooms, and staff the coffee bar.
Location: The hotel was convenient to shopping, an abundance of restaurants. It was just off the interstate, so it was convenient to the Disney parks as well.
It seemed that the hotel was being updated in places. The lobby was nice and the staff was very courteous at check in. I was excited to see a small shop that boasted Starbucks coffee, however the two times I stopped in during our stay, there was no one working the counter. Our room was not as nice as the one pictured in the advertisement, and I am guessing that was the reason for the great price. There's nothing like a little bait and switch. I will not stay at this hotel the next time I visit family in the Orlando area, and I recommend that unless you intend to pay for one of the more pricey rooms you find another place, too.

It was nice and clean.Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: The room service was fast and the food was excellent.
Location: We were close to the Daytona race track, which we attended.
We had a group of teenagers in the room next to us that were very noisy at 1:00AM and I called the front desk asking them to send someone to their room to get them to quiet down. Then at 3:00AM I had to call again because of the noise. I had to call again at 3:30 AM and again at 4:10 AM before something was done. Needless to say we didn't get a good nights sleep.

No more HiltonsPosted Jul 6, 2014
We were just passing through Orlando and needed a place for four for one night. Room was small for the price and did not have a fridge. Went to our room and the toilet didn't work. They moved us to another room. At 2:00am the hotel staff booked someone else in our new room and those people were trying to get in to the room. When I notified the staff the next morning they were not overly friendly about the event. They gave us two free breakfast even though there were four in our party. The lobby was very nice but the room was no nicer than a cheaper hotel.
