My least favorite thing about my stay was that they do not offer breakfast and the cafe downstairs is unappealing and over priced. The pool is right next to I4 highway and was small, unimpressive, and overcrowded with kids. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, but overall not up to the level one would expect from a Hilton.

The hotel is very nice. I was there for a business meeting and the facilities worked really well. All staff I encountered were very helpful and knew where my group was meeting. Food was very good. Had dinner. Go with the salmon!

An event was there and I stayed there last year. The people working are great and accommodationg. Our room was clean. I bit of difficulty when turning on shower. the knob was really tightened.

The room we stayed in had ants around the bathroom sink. Also the shower head did not have much water pressure at all. Plus the handle held shower head wasn’t working well. The room itself was older & small compared to what I viewed on the website. For the price I paid I was expecting a nicer hotel room.

Excellent Stay…very comfortable and clean.
I love this hotel and stay here a few times a year when I have business in Winter Park. Excellent accessibility to I-4 and a short easy drive to the Winter Park restaurants and shops. The only negative is the weird sliding doors to the bathroom, but that is minor.

An accessible room with roll-in shower was reserved, but ended up in a standard king room. We traveled to Orlando to have surgery and it was important to be able to get around the room with a walker and/or wheelchair. The walker could only fit into the bathroom door sideways, which was extremely difficult after a back surgery. Showering was a no go with a standard tub.
