Holiday Inn Club Vacations At Orange Lake Resort comprises four resort villages; the complex is spread across more than 1,250 acres. The resort includes a movie theater; 54 holes of championship golf; seven pools, a water slide, fountains, and spa tubs; and a sandy beach adjacent to the property's 80-acre lake. The resort also features three fitness centers. Two 18-hole miniature golf courses are on site; fitness equipment and classes are available at the resort's fitness center.

Three arcades are on site. The resort also includes a family fun center, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and child-friendly pools. Kids' Check-In includes face painting, complimentary popcorn, and animal balloons.

The resort offers a variety of nightly activities, such as campfires, poker tournaments, Polynesian luaus, live music, and teen karaoke tournaments. A video library is available on site. “Great Experience”

“If you don't mind some pestering sales...”

We stayed 4 nights in a 2 Queen Bed "studio" - 3 adults. It had a full kitchen with fridge, all in one room. Room was decent; bed was comfy. First off, this place is huge. Pools, restaurants, and bars everywhere. Planned events run all day for adults and kids. This is a resort. It is not a standard resort however. It is a time share... at least the West side where I stayed is. After check-in, I was basically assaulted by a salesperson from the other side of the lobby. I knew they were trying to sell me something, so I gave a couple of stern NO's and left for the room. It didn't end there though. They called every day. If you answer the phone, someone was trying to get you do come to their presentation. Ignore the phone. Another down side of a time share is the housekeeping/garbage situation. They don't clean your room. You have to leave your garbage out in the hall. Depending on the time of day, the hall smells of garbage. There's no place for breakfast on the west side. They have starbucks, but it's from a vending machine or a block+ walk to the Marketplace where the coffee is in an urn. No lattes or anything. You can take a shuttle to the East side of the resort to get a latte and an actual breakfast. Luckily, we brought food so we ate in the room. Other than the above, it's a fun place. Most of the employees were friendly (except for the commissioned ones). I would recommend it as long as you can handle some eager sales tactics.

“Not impressed”

They did not clean the floor well. There were broken glasses left on the living floor. My daughter got a small cut on her right foot. Other things were ok, except calling front desk. I need to go through several steps to talk to them.

“Great Experience!”

We had a great time. I have two boys, one Autistic, ages 3 and 6. We stayed in a king bed with pull out and had a small kitchen. They had everything we needed to cook at the room and plenty of room. 20 foot ceilings made it seem more roomy. They had great amenities. We stayed at West village, and they had many things for the kids to do. It was quiet in our room and two TVs. In the kids section there was also a DVD player. We couldn't of asked for anything else. The staff was pleasant and we felt that we were close to everything. About 15 minutes away to theme parks, possibly 20 minutes. Diane

“it was good but.....”

great price, the buildings are spread out so you need a vehicle to go anywhere or do anything, i did not know it was a timeshare so i had to take a 2.5h tour to try to sell me a timeshare otherwise they would charge me $40 otherwise nice and quiet with lots to do on property, lots of shopping, places to eat and mini golf outside the property too
