Beautiful property. Nice amenities. The villa was spacious and had everything you need for an extended stay. Didn’t enjoy the time share push. It felt aggressive to the extent that it caused stress and if I had of been shopping for a timeshare this would have turned me off. We felt the approach was almost con like.

The run we got was about 2 miles from the lazy River. It was very inconvenient to get in car and drive there and the parking. Then to drive back to the room and find parking close not to walk so far. There was a pool close to our room but it was smaller and it was hot! The water was too hot to be relaxing in the heat. They should let people know that the run they book may not be close to the amenities they want to use. They do offer a shuttle service but I was told it comes every half hour and we didn't want to wait in the heat so we drove ourselves around. The toilet was broken and was running constantly. We turned off the water to save it from being wasted. The maid was knocking on our door at 9am asking when we were leaving??? Can't they wait until check out time to start bothering people? I won't be coming back to this facility. They are way to many options in the area at that price point to settle.

Great property close to everything Orlando. This was our 2nd year returning here and had the same great experience as the 1st time. Great for families because units are like townhouses…full kitchen with all utencils, dish detergent/sponge/etc, dishwasher with pods, washer/dryer with complimentary powder detergent, each bedroom has its own full bathroom with shower or bathtub, pool towels are in the closet,

If you are going for the pools and activities on resort (which are impressive) be aware that there are a lot of other people doing the same. If you do not get to the lazy river when it first opens you have no chance of getting a place to sit. The rooms themselves are nice, clean and spacious but are a bit dated if that sort of thing bothers you. They are also very aggressive about signing up for a "tour" on check in which is a 2 hour long sales pitch for buying a time share.

The property was great, but the master bathroom was horrible. The toilet is at child height and the tub was so high I fell getting out. My husband has two knee replacement and could not get the shower due to the height. The master bathroom was not ADA compatible.

I felt like I was staying at a motel 6. Very old in hotel room and the carpets, bathroom, kitchen washing machine. Then on top of all that we have to rush to save a spot for the lazy river pool. Not worth the price we spent for the family. I might as well spent that kind of money on disney world and the resorts.

I like how they didn't hound me down about the timeshare. I read the reviews before coming and I let it be known I'm not interested in buying timeshare. We also got our room upgraded and I was amazed ! I would def come back here again !

The customer service sucks property is beautiful hire better staff . I waited 2 hours to check in not one person apologized for my wait I wanted to extend my stay I have to wait another hour to check out and check back in spoke with someone about my complaints and concern he ended up signing me up for a damn time share tour which wasted another 3 hours. I thought I was being accommodated for the inconveniences but instead I was inconvenienced more. & for the first time visiting this property I expected better those rooms are not cheap !

Our villa was clean and spacious. The full kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. Perfect space for families. The only downside is the distance from the pools. You do have to drive to them. It’s a little far to walk. They do offer a shuttle however we had a car and didn’t use the shuttle. There was always ample parking at the pools. Overall fantastic resort. We will be going again!!

this was a great little getaway for my adult daughters and myself. It was off season but there was still plenty to do. My expectations were low because the price packaged with airfare was quite reasonable for 3 of us but this resort far exceeded my expectations. We had a 2 bedroom villa which was quite spacious with a full kitchen and an out door patio out the back door. The place was clean and bright and decorated quite nicely. The people at the desk were very pleasant and gave us much info about what was around and were happy to answer any questions that we had. The only thing was that the place was massive seemingly thousands of villas on so many streets and although there were shuttles at certain corners it was almost impossible to get around without a car which we thank god rented at the airport to get to the resort. So many places to eat, so many pools, so many areas of the resort that we didn't get a chance to see it all. great for older adults and kids and just be sure you get the package without the time share meeting if that's not your thing. We will be back !!!

We really loved the property but the staff at check in were pushing timeshare tours which we did not like. They made is seem like we woold not be able to access certain areas of the pool (like the lazy river) unless we took a tour and got the passes at a discounted rate tubes at the lazy river complex. We declined and upon checking out the River Island pool complex, we discovered that few people pay for the river inner tubes and the river is torally accessible and more fun without the tubes (that you need to pay for). Overall, the front desk staff could have been more forthright with information, and told us of all of the free activities amd amenities rather than focusing on the ones we need to pay for. After we left the front desk (and declined the tour) we had the best time. The property is fantastic for families. We were in a villa and we decided to drive to the pool areas for convenienve. The resort is huge so depending on where you are located, expect to drice, walk or use the resort shuttle to get around. We would stay here again!

Didn't like the fact that they wanted to trick us for a "tour" and it is to sell you a time sharing or club-like format. The rug was very old and dirty and the room door is near to the bed. Was not expecting that and the photos do not show this. A very bad welcome experience.

The property itself is great. The villa location they gave us was terrible. Villa 4062 has to be the worst location they hav eid you’re trying to sit outside at night or during the day. I can’t tell you the amount of animals and snakes we seen in the 6 days we were there. I would recommend you ask to stay on the golf course if you can.
