“great hotel”

I got this hotel at a great price and it was rated a 3 so I was not sure. but I was surprised because it was great in every way! I definitely can recommend this hotel for anyone that want a 4 to 5 rating hotel at a reasonable price!

“Comfortable, excellent location and clean”

I personally liked this hotel except that their complimentary breakfast lacked a variety of fruits or protein it had more carbs than anything else. Room was clean but needs a tv upgrade to an HD tv. Will go back to hotel unless I find another one better. Price was great!

“Very Economical and Clean”

We took a spur of the moment trip to Orlando and one of the more reasonable prices came up using the Holiday Inn Express Lake Buena Vista. We were very happy with our stay and found the room to be comfortable and the amenities just what we needed. The Breakfast that was provided was more than ample and there were offerings that pleased everyone in the family. We appreciated being able to start out our days without having to immediately open our wallet and pay for breakfast. The Front Desk Staff were all friendly and accomodating and the rooms and common areas clean and well-lit. We would definitely consider returning on our next trip to the area.

Area recommendations

The Lake Buena Vista area was very convenient to everything that we wanted to do and also had plenty of eating places nearby to indulge our appetites. Many of the restaurants and attractions were within reasonable walking distance or just a short ride away.

“You may not be impressed....kids will like pool”

Cons: Older hotel tucked away in a parking lot. Playground was gone. Hotel rooms need renovating. Pros: Free breakfast and a pool with a slide is good for kids. Staff is friendly and hotel was clean. If you want a newer hotel stay at the holiday in resort right off of this exit and only a little more.

“other options for price”

I have stayed in other hotels for the same price and not had any of the two main issues that I had with this hotel. First, the blankets and comforters were extremely dirty. Second, the breakfast was extremely disappointing. I did not expect a 4 or 5 star meal, but I was told that there would be bacon and sausage! We had 2 9-year old boys with us and they even said that the cereal was stale. I am not an overweight person, but I do enjoy breakfast and that ammenity was one of the primary reasons that we chose that hotel. It is wonderfully located to Disney. The shuttle is service is reasonable. We actually ended up driving so we could eat at IHOP just down the street. I was disappointed.

“Will go back!!”

This hotel was just what I needed for my mini vacation with my son. The room was clean the beds were comfy and I loved how the room had a microwave and a refrigerator a must when traveling with children!! During my stay, my car experienced some battery problems and the hotel staff was very helpful. They called a maintenance worker and he came out with his own car and tools and was able to help me revive my car. I am very grateful for their quick help. In the morning they served breakfast which was an assortment of pastries, breads, juices, eggs and more! It was simple but it got the job done! The only minus was that the hotel did not have a shuttle to the parks. Other than that it was a great hotel and great price! I will for sure go back! :)

“Expedia Dropped the Ball”

Our balcony over looked an grosely overllowing trash dumpster. Hotel was very satisfactory otherwise. Great breakfast that was included with room and start of the day. Everyone very nice and room very clean.

Area recommendations

Expedia dropped the ball on this one by showning pictures of main hotel H.I. and even gave me their address to go to and was sent to this one close by. My children were looking forward to spending time at one show in photos and is why we booked. After long day at Disney left early to go to pool we booked and saw picture of and was misled to stay in this express H.I. I will not book again with Expedia and risk children to have same experience and let down.
