Easy access to restaurant options! Minor difficulties we encountered: non-functioning ice machine on our floor; broken shower diverter in roll-in shower, together with hand-held showerhead that was very difficult to manage (too heavy, no shut-off).

Great value hotel. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. The breakfast has hot food as well as cereal and muffins. The bed was comfy and i got a good nights sleep. Bathroom was clean. Hotel is close to shops and restaurants.

One elevator for the entire hotel is not enough, always waiting or people rudely crammingbin with no rokm just to not have to wait. Room was dirty, closet door was broken and handle fell on 2 year old daughter. Staff was extremely rude during check out because we tried to say somethjng about tbe elevator and closet door. Worst experience ever and would never recommend.

Cigarette butts and homeless walking around the hotel, sink slow drain. Crooked tv stand, missing hair blower, had to ask the front desk for it. The walls are not insulated properly I can hear everything next door. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Pool Rules and regulations don't apply, people still bring food a drink [alcohol] . Worst hotel I have ever been in. Not recommended

The room smells musty we switched to another room that one a little better, but not much. The walls are absolutely paper thin! You can hear the person next to you snoring, baby crying thru the night. I would not stay again. It's definitely a lower end hotel.

The staff was very nice. We had a plumbing issue in our room so they had to move us, but they did not reach out to let me know since we were gone from the room all day. We got back late to the hotel one night to find our toilet still not working. We went to bed thinking they didn’t come to fix it but it turns out they were just waiting for me to come back to the front desk. A phone call to let me know they couldn’t fix the issue so they had to move us would have been nice. Our room was very clean but the hallways looked very dirty with stained carpeting and some weird smells.

Overall a very good place to stay to be close to the parks. Pool was cold & filled with leaves most of the time that we were there. Hot tub is small but was never busy for us. Rooms clean, thin walls tho. Employees were nice but always really busy.

No air conditioning. Teeny, old elevator that took forever to get to a floor - had to use the stairs. No lounge chairs by pool. Toilet broken. Was charged a “resort fee” of $7 per day by front desk clerk then removed when manager said that was a FALSE charge…. Will NEVER stay here again!

The room was not well cleaned. My allergies bothered me extremely bad while in the room, even though it was suppose to be a pet free hotel. The bathroom was extremely slippery when it got wet, which due to the shower spraying all over the floor, that was constant. The area around the hotel would not be a place I would feel comfortable walking around. There was an after hours club across from the parking lot that was very loud.

All of the staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Walmarts across the street, walking distance to a couple stores. Just wish there was some more seating/ lounge chairs outside. I will stay again!

Location was good but the facility conditions where poor. Many ceiling patches lots of mildew even on the certains. We had 3 people in our room but 2 towels. 3 people certainly couldn't use the amount of shampoo and conditioner provided, more like 1 person and only 1 shower worth. The breakfast that was available was dry and burnt or brown scrambled eggs and sausage that looked like it was either microwaved too long or freezer burnt. Rooms were very noisy with other rooms carryover noise. Able to hear other conversation clearly.

So we arrived about 11 hours past our scheduled time due to flight and rental car issues. Just wanted to check in and get a quick nap before starting our day. Hotel fees...not resort fees which they do not charge but they call them something else. Very shady business practice. Man at the desk was disrespectful at first when I questioned the fees. Nothing to be done about it. OK whatever. On to the room. At first appearances was clean and looked pretty nice. Then discovered an archaic shower system, mold in the tub under the soap dish and around the shower controls. Floors are dirty. No maid service, put your garbage in the halls, towels on the floor in the halls, etc. Exposed outlet in the room next to TV. Walls are paper thin and guests next door were suer loud at midnight making quiet nights impossible. Being a Disney Good Neighbor hotel was absolutely nothing to this place. We never took the third party shuttle so did not experience that. Overall for the money not a very nice place despite outward appearances. The "Hotel Fee" is very deceptive and was not anywhere on Expedia or the main hotel website. WILL NOT stay here again and filing deceptive advertising claim with state of Florida Attorney General's office. Good luck if you stay here!

Could do better at cleanliness (cigarette butts at the front entry! Breakfast-it was very busy and more staff needed to keep up. Coffee was supposed to be available all day.. it was not..running out. Not one lounge chair around the pool…people want to relax!!! Updating of chairs in rooms needed also. The staff at the desk was helpful and kind.

Great stay at this location. Our only complaint and the same one to some readers is that the walls are very thin and we had a family with kids stay a room over and somewhere around midnight for some reason they were outside their door in the hallway talking loud and one of their kids was crying non-stop. This went on for well over 1.5 hours. Then they finally go in their room and continue the celebration. If you are a light sleeper, keep this in mind.

Poor breakfast options... Tea unavailable, have to request the staff each time and they bring tea bags then...poor walls you can hear everything from the other rooms....
