The hotel was a quick drive from the Orlando airport. The staff was nice and friendly, and the room itself was spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

No parking. There are 91 rooms and 83 parking spaces, the overflow is accross a 8 lane street, or park incorrectly on the lot where u can possibly get hit by anouther car.

The worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I arrived at night on 2/9 & was given room 302. As I was putting my things away I slipped and almost fell. I noticed there was water on the floor between the closet area & fridge. When I looked at the closet area that is when I noticed a huge puddle of water. I saw the water marks on the wall & when I realized there was a huge hole in the ceiling, completely exposed. I called the front desk and Heather who checked me in told me they were fully booked for the weekend & that she wouldn't be able to assist me because there was no manager until 2/12. How could there be no manager all weekend, not even an on-call one? I had nowhere else to stay, so I had no other choice but to stay in the room. We used several towels throughout the weekend as the water kept leaking. There was never an offer for someone to come mop or cover the ceiling. These are health risks & I cannot fathom how such a room was given to a guest & IHG member. I had to call for 3 days before reaching a manager, Tony. I told him the day prior I spoke with Jose who said he'd give me a full refund. Tony said the best he could do was give me a discounted rate per night and 500 pts, which is nothing. He marked the case solved so not even Expedia could help. This is not IHG's mission and I am extremely disappointed by this experience & how management handled it. I should not pay a single cent for such a room or service. I will never stay here again or recommend

The property itself is nice. I reserved for two bedroom and ended up getting a one bed and a pullout couch on the day. We were supposed to check out someone in the staff opened our door and stood in the doorway while we were sleeping and said that they thought we were already checked out, there was not enough parking and the light switches were set up weird . other than that, the property is in a great location.

We were not given the room that we had booked with Expedia. We booked and payed for 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. Instead we were given a king and sofa and then provided a rollaway bed. The king and sofa were not comfortable. A bad experience overall

The first night, the fan in the AC unit squealed when it came to a stop. The next morning, I advised the front desk (not expecting much of a response) but when I returned to the room early that evening, it had been fixed. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient.

Bathroom looked as if they used a dirty rag all around to “clean”. Hairs in the corners…. Sink dirty as if they emptied a bucket of dirty wire into it….
