Holiday Inn Lake Buena Vista Downtown

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfy. Restaurant food was delicious. Would stay there again!

We arrived late at night and all was perfect. Plenty parking, Disney store on premises and a small sport bar open till late. I will use it in the future. Great for the price!!

We stayed for 6 nights, great hotel! We were visiting Disney, Sea world and Universal. The shittle for disney were on time, less than 10 min walk to go to Downtown Disney, 10min walk to go to the grocery/food court. The linx bus is near the hotel and for 2$ they drop you in front of sea world! And with a transfere you can go to the Universal park as well( count 1h30 for the bus ride dans transfere tho) Nice staff and great pool

I've been trying to find something wrong with this hotel for a couple of days. The only small incovience was the bathroom. Although it was super clean it was hard for two people to use at the same time, but the extra space in the sleeping area was worth it. Other than this nitpicking the hotel exceeded my expectations. Immaculate throughout ,housekeeping deserves some praise. The adjoining rooms we asked for were delivered, no surprises. The rooms were ready for early check-in, checkout was a breeze. We had a totally relaxing stay. No pool police telling you what you couldn't bring to the pool (within reason) as I have encountered at higher priced resort hotels. The staff had the kindest, professional people throughout. Kudos to Paul at the front door who took charge our confused unloading and moved our luggage swiftly and safely to our rooms.

The experience overall was wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint is we had some items pressed that could have looked better. Overall all the hotel definitely made my Disney stay more pleasant. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is pretty great for the price. The rooms are amazing and the beds are super comfortable. There is a shuttle that runs every 30 mins to each of the parks which was great because we didn't want to rent a car. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. The dining experience at the hotel was decent. We only had breakfast once, and it was self serve buffet style where you had to pour your own batter to make the Mickey Waffle which were amazingly delicious.

The room was very clean and we felt as if we were almost home. The staff was exceptional, very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was also very good and priced well for Disney. A great place to stay if you want to be close to Downtown Disney. A bit far from Magic Kingdom and other parks. The shuttle begins at 8am which does not work well for early breakfast reservations at the parks, but taxis are available.

The hotel is near downtown disney, all the WDW parks and a variety of places to eat. The bed is very comfortable and I could have stayed there all day if I could. Ideal location for families, especially if you want to save on parking at the parks and can take the shuttle from downtown disney.
