The room was perfectly fine. However, customer service was horrendous at best. The front desk was devoid of personnel when checking in. I even screamed for anyone after waiting for a significant amount of time. Finally, a staff member comes out of the bathroom (totally unfazed) to check us in. This is the only hotel in which the stairs are available for emergency situations only. This presented a major impediment due to my claustrophobic condition. When asked, I was told that a staff member would have to open the door for me from the inside, and I'd have to come into the hotel from a side door. The story flipped the following morning, when I asked for the door to be opened, and the front desk lady told me that she would not open the doors because they were for emergency situations only. Mind you, she was exceedingly condescending and rude. She made no effort to accomodate my special needs. I highly suggest that a sign is posted or that guests are warned about this major drawback. I would have not chosen this hotel based on this alone. During my first breakfast experience, once again, there was no staff to be found. I had to notify the front desk, only for the kitchen staff to ignore them when questioned. I waited so long that even I went to the kitchen to ask for service. Even then, I still had to wait some more. This hotel has some serious customer service issues to address, and I shouldn't have to remind you of the countless lodging options the city has to offer.

The front desk evening attendant was very nice, respectful and assistive. However, The rooms did lack the essential supplies such as; in shower body wash and hair conditioner was low/empty. I was put on a floor with a large group of students and faculty that were ratter loud and rambunctious throughout the course of the night, Sone were even staying right next door to me and despite the corner room I had, I still heard their conversations and commotions throughout the night I would of preferred a quieter room on a less busy floor and if was staying longer than a night I would of asked for different accommodations. Overall, the hotel itself does offer a Pleasing appeal.

Guy died in room kitty corner to us, so coroner, police, suspect? Loud in hallway, paper thin bathroom and hallway doors, access security card for elevators not functioning, so anyone can go up Bar only open to 10pm on Saturday night

However, as every hospitality place, when someone dies, the presence of the Police is mandatory as well the paramedics, the procedure takes a little while, but is required by law when success like mentioned occurred.The security access is only for the 7th floor, not for other levels.Sincerely,The Management

Convenient to Central Florida College. But request a rear facing room NOT on the Alafaya Trail side of the hotel. The youth race loud cars/trucks/motorcycles up the road. Saturday night is the worst!
