this quality can't match this hotel fees, old building, house keeping is bad, did not clean crush in the room, everything in this building is old, and it charge 200+ for 1 night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: the staff was very accommodating.
Cons: room was a little too warm at night
Location: sea world, aquadica, and many restaurants. the airport is just a couple minutes away.
a very nice stay. the shuttle service was great. The staff was very helpful. the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Fine hotel near Orlando airport

Pros: Proximity to the airport and friendly hotel staff.
Cons: Cleanness of the room and waiting time to get the free shuttle.
We had stayed here for a few hours due to a flight delay. It is a fine hotel with a restaurant and a free shuttle to the airport. It takes shuttle less than 5 minutes to get to the hotel, but we had to wait for 25 minutes to get picked up from the airport after calling the hotel. Be aware that the shuttle does not run between 1:30 am and 4 am.

No fridge or microwave

Booked room for family of 5 and there were no fridge or microwave. A room that can accommodate a family should have these basic necessary things for kids stuff.

Dirty, slightly rundown, friendly staff...

I was concerned after reading previous reviews about this property. The facility is pretty rundown. There were ants in the bathroom, as other guests commented. The hallways were dirty. My initial key was for room 326, when I entered the room there was a guest in the room - fortunately only the guest wasn't in the room, but his/her property was. I was reassigned to room 336. The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for an overnight stay prior to or after a flight to MCO and the shuttle is reliable. My 7 year old daughter forgot her favorite stuffed animal in the room. When I returned two days later to retrieve it, the front desk staff was unable to find it, another disappointment. There are several other choices in this area. I stayed with a competitor last night in a far superior facility for the same price. I think there are better options.

Perfect stay after a cruise

Pros: Front desk staff. Pool/jacuzzi. Comfy bed and pillows.
Cons: Room decor needs up dating
Location: Carabbas, TGI Fridays, Dennys near by. Schedule shuttles to Walmart and the Florida Mall is offered.
Comfortable room...soft and firm pillows. Rooms are a bit outdated, water pressure good in shower. My flight the next day wasn't until 8:30pm so I paid a small fee for having a very late check out...6pm. Hotel offers a shuttle within the 3 mile radius to local businesses and restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly overall. Breakfast buffet was good for the price. Not much to my liking on the menu for dinner. I would definiatly stay here again.

Only prob was ants in the bathroom.

Got the room for family who used the airport shuttle when he arrived because I could not pick him up at that time. I checked into the room early in the day to drop off water and snacks I put in the fridge and gave the room a quick once over. Seemed okay enough, but a little worn and run down. In the middle of the night I got a text that he was moving rooms because there were ants in the bathroom so I was a bit frustrated about that. There was no food in there and the coffee maker was by the desk, not in the bathroom as some places. The room he was moved to was still worn looking but bit better than the first and no ants. Internet was good and he was comfortable enough. Just wish it would have been nicer for someone who just got off deployment and spent the last 10 months on a not so comfortable bed. Everyone we talked to in the hotel were very kind and professional and extremely helpful when needed.

Great hotel for using the Orlando airport.

Pros: Cleanliness, comfortable beds, shuttle service to airport.
We checked in late and had a good night sleep before being transported by a very polite and prompt Holiday Inn driver. Upon our return to Orlando, we called the number given on our departure and were immediately picked up and brought back to the hotel for another good experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for traveling in/out of the Orlando airport.
