Numerous problems getting my room clean, for a twelve day stay that's unacceptable. Also, problems receiving amenities that go with the room. Alex front desk, and the food prep staff were very nice to deal with but would not recommend this hotel.

Pillows were very comfortable. The temp in the room was preset perfect. This is important to me. Breakfast and dinner is a tremendous additional value that also impacted my decision to stay there.

Extremely nice and staff including Michele at the front desk. I would have liked to have had a receit but the gentalman at the front desk said that since I booked from a third party that they would provide one. My reason was that the hotel took a credit card at checkin and billed $50 in case I purchased something. Always nice to have a receit but didnot have time to discuss the matter at length. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Weird bathroom/bedroom design

Great but exposed bathroom area staying with my 89 year old mom was really weird and ruined the high points. No lighted switch or night light for bathroom. Who designed this suite?

Could have been cleaner

I hate to say this, but the bathroom was just not clean. Other people's hair was stuck to the bathtub, shower curtain and walls. Pretty gross. The cleaning staff did not stop by to clean until 6:00 pm on the second day of my stay.

Looks nice n clean, but . . .

Hotel was real nice but its the details that gets to me. Sheets was not clean to my liking I know they're white but seen stains on them. In the shower looks like it was a lil bit of mold forming and the over all design of the suite was not to my liking. I think they should of had the bathroom outside the bedroom, because if you had guest over they would have to go thru your sleeping area to get there.
