Not my choice

I had originally booked somewhere else. But when they weren't able to accommodate us Expedia offered me this hotel instead. The heated pool was freezing, the room was crowded, and the TV severely outdated. It served its purpose but I wouldn't stay there again.

Pros: location ,quietness
Cons: bare minimum-curtains, tub refinish, towel rack, TV
good value, but nothing special. The facility looks tired, overdue for a freshening. Even though I would probably stay again.

The room was sticky and gross, no fridge or microwave. The bathroom was very gross and the wifi didn't work. The laundry room was dirty and the hotel was not maintained well.

Pros: Stayed 2 nights. Room clean on arrival and on return to room next day. Handicapped parking immediately in front of handicapped rooms.
Cons: Need handicapped rooms with 2 beds, space to navigate in wheelchair and shower accessible by w/c, cane or walker without stepping over side of tub.
Location: Location convenient to all local attractions (Walt Disney World Resort parks, etc.), shopping and dining.
Reserved a room w/2 double beds & handicapped bathroom and parking. On arrival we were told they do not have handicapped rooms with 2 double beds, only 1 queen bed, regardless of our reservation. I am a 55+ female traveling with my 20+ son. Clearly we could not sleep together unless we were in a post-apocalyptic situation. They provided us w/a roll-away bed at no extra charge. Handicapped rooms are on the ground floor w/handicapped parking directly in front of the rooms. Support/grasp bars in the bathroom were sufficient but the tub/shower was not handicapped accessible although they did provide a shower chair. I am in a knee brace and use a cane, so I could not have stood on my bad leg while stepping in or out of the tub w/the good leg. Accessing the bathroom in a wheelchair would have been easy enough, but I could not have gotten from the door to the bathroom because my LIGHTWEIGHT/NARROW wheelchair would not have fit between the dresser and the foot of the bed. The room was clean and there were sufficient towels for 2 people but there were black stains on the maroon bedspread and cigarette burns on the blanket on the roll-away bed.

The hotel staff were great. Housekeeper took good care of the rooms. Location was good. Would stay here again.

This should not be promoted in any site. The hotel facilities and rooms are terrible. I do not recommend it.

Dirty feeling

The bathroom tile was the worse I have ever seem, the grout between the tiles had mold and it looked like it had not been scrub in a long time. There was mold on the dispenser for the ice machine. Over all it felt very dirty.

I thought the room could of been better. The bathroom shower ceiling was peeling paint. The shower leak water as your showerung also bathtub was kluged up The soonest we got there we use the toilet n the toilet was kluged up it took over two hours to get it fix . n when the fix the problem they left the bathtub dirty n we had to clean it

Pros: Service an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und um Problemlösung bemüht.
Location: Badezimmer sollten mal wieder renoviert werden.
Das Zimmer war für den extrem günstigen Preis ok. Im Badezimmer war die Dusche bereits etwas abgenutzt und nicht mehr sauber zu bekommen. Die Betten waren ok. Der Zimmerservice ist nur dann gut, wenn jeden Tag ein Trinkgeld auf dem Kissen liegt. Wenns keinen Tip gibt, ist nicht richtig aufgeräumt und sauber gemacht.

Pros: Convenience and the staff. The beds were comfortable and the Wi Fi access was good. Front desk staff available 24 hours.
Cons: Maintenance -- missing security lock, mixed-match tile from plumbing repairs that are still needed.
The staff was very helpful with local information and were friendly.
