It was continuously noisy in my room. I was right next to the staff supply closet and there was banging at all hours of the night. They should never put anyone in that room. Additionally, I was eating lunch by the pool when a swarm of lizards came out to get it. There were at least 3 lizards on the table and one on the chair I had been sitting in.

The property is under construction. I received communication from the hotel about this AFTER I made our reservation (when our flight was rebooked for the next day). The shuttle driver was nice to interact with but was an incredibly aggressive driver. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work at all. This hotel was rated very highly but this rating seems excessively generous and inaccurate. Hotel staff were all personable and helpful.

In my life I traveled very much & I lived in too many different places I never saw a roach in hotel . The roach in my room and I had too watched to not go in my stuff. The service room just every day changed the sheets in 4 days they never cleaned the room.

Property is currently being remodeled and is a mess. Wish I would've known and would not have booked here. Couldn't find the front desk, elevator is terrible right now in facility. A good part is the room we got was newly remodeled. Another is the front desk staff at night is super nice.

Free airport shuttle is very convenience. Friendly staffs. They are remodeling, but the room is very clean and spacious. Getting a Lyft is very easy and quick.

I received an e-mail today before we were to arrive telling me that there was construction at the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The biggest problem was that the area that was being used to provide the morning breakfast was woefully inadequate in size. I asked if this was going to be the size when all the remodeling was done and they said yes. Three times we went down in the morning and there were so many people there that we did not stay. I think had I known that the hotel was undergoing the modeling I would not have stayed

We were stuck in Orlando due to our plane being delayed, and while this looked like a beautiful hotel on their website, when our family of 8 arrived the hotel was undergoing massive construction. The continental breakfast was terrible, the shuttle driver arrive late and didn’t load anyone’s bags so my 30 year old son loaded 20 plus bags while the driver watched. And then she was upset because he wouldn’t sit down but the shuttle was so full that people were sitting on each others laps. The pool looks massive in the pictures but was so small. The elevators seemed like they were going to fall, and every guest commented that they were afraid to ride them. Plus, we paid $1300 for two rooms for two nights and we’re charged double for “incidentals” even though we were told that it was a $50 dollar hold per room (which we were also charged for.) We are still waiting after a week to have the $1300 credited back to our credit card. The staff was friendly, but one of our bathroom toilets leaked on the floor every time you flushed, and in my sons room the microwave was on the floor as there was no table. For $300 a night and the pictures online, we were all very disappointed.

The property is under construction without notice.Everywhere is full of dust from construction,the room cleaner not clean the floor,the breakfast was like junk food.the whole parking lot was full of grass and debris.The pool was not even heated and filthy.l could only rate it with one star only for the name.Would never go back again.

There was a mini construction inside the hotel to make the place a bit better for their guests. It would have been helpful if guest service relation had notify me ahead of time before checking in. The rooms were good and the breakfast was okay(better than nothing.)Didn’t use the pool but the gym was like my home gym so I was fine with that. My room was good and the temperature was great and to me that matters the most.

Well, the hotel was under construction. We did not know that when we booked it, and that was ok and understandable. What was NOT OK was the fact that the room floor was dirty and had paint stains all over it. Then, they had breakfast but the first day there were bagels and bread but there was no cream cheese. The tables were dirty every morning and the staff did not attempt to clean them after people left. The second and third morning they had bagels and bread and cream cheese but there was no toaster! We ordered their “hot plate” breakfast which was crusted lukewarm eggs and soggy waffles. Gross. It became the morning joke at breakfast that there is a Walmart right down the road where they could have purchased a toaster. Terrible!

Construction in entrance lobby and main floor. There was no dresser in the room and construction noice outside our door on the fifth floor. No hot water for a shower on arrival. It required 2 maintenance visits. I requested a reduction on the rate and they said they could not grant it since i booked through Expedia. Had i been advised that the Hotel was under construction, i wouldn't chosen another hotel. Expedia should be notified when there is major renovation taking place. Regina

Close to the airport. Good restaurants around, and nice park across the street. That's the good, now the bad. I had to pay $15 dollars per day to park; the hotel is under construction, so it's loud and there are crews everywhere; the breakfast area is a disaster; and you don't receiving housekeeping everyday. I stayed at this hotel for a week, and the excuse I was given - we can't find help. You took over $1000 dollars from me, plus an additional $90 for parking, and they can't fulfill their advertised obligations. Take my advise and stay at another hotel, there are a lot around.

It was the same hot plate every day (powdered scrambled eggs, link sausage, hash brown patties, frozen french toast or waffle). Only other choices were instant oatmeal or cold cereal. They are doing a major renovation. Our room was finished but the common areas were in disarray. Will be nice when finished. Staff was very helpful.

Really enjoyed my stay here. There were many places I could walk to for dining and groceries. Staff was very friendly. Delicious breakfast!

Pleasant stay overall, specially considering they are remodeling. Complimentary water bottles were a very nice and simple amenity that goes a long way. Nice please to stay in a nice area. The only thing bothersome is the AC unit that is too loud.

Right after booking, I received an email about the hotel being under construction, so I knew what I was walking into. The part that they left out is that you have to pay $15 a night per car per parking. You pay it through an app. You are paying for an outside undercover space because there is no security.
