Hyatt Place Orlando/Universal

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff was also wonderful. I would definately recommend this hotel to others and would come back and stay again. The only thing that kept me from giving the review 100% has nothing to do with the hotel but another person at the hotel. There was this shady man that stalked another hotel resident into the elevator and proceeded to follow her and insistently try and get a contact from her. She obviously was not interested in the guy. When I returned to my room I proceeded to call the front desk and they were able to check on her at her room and confirm that the guy left the hotel by himself. I loved my stay but that guy was a little disturbing and if I hadn't had 2 friends with me, it could have been me that he could have chosen. Thank you for a wonderful stay and again the staff were very attentive and friendly.

The rooms are excellent for Price. Location is great for Universal. Lobby is not all that great but really doesnt matter. Overall an excellent Value.

The staff was excellent, Kim gave us perfect directions and cooked us great food. Angel gave us the tour of the hotel and assisted us with the ice, and room info. Heather was a an amazing supporting staff to the others .

If you are going to Universal/Island of Adventure, this is your hotel. Breakfast, shuttle, washing machines nearby, and excellent hotel staff.

Great Hotel at a GREAT price! They offer FREE parking, internet, wi-fi, and breakfast whereas most hotels in the area charge you for these services. The pool was nice and clean along with the large nice rooms. The staff is very friendly and I think this hotel is in a great location for access to the parks. The hotel also offers free transportation to the parks which is a great benefit!

My family of four had a wonderful weekend at this hotel. We were given one of the larger rooms, which was wonderful. The bathroom was a little small, but the overall size of the room was more than ample and made up for this small inconvenience. The breakfast was very nice and all staff were attentive and friendly. Shuttle to Universal was an unexpected surprise! We did think about walking to the park based on other reviews and proximity to park, but the shuttle was timely and adequate, dropping you off right at the entrance. The walk is a little farther than we expected and hot weather would make it rather unpleasant prior to a full day at the park. We marked this hotel as a favorite for any future visits.

Awesome if your visiting universal studio for couple of days!! Staff is very nice and informative and very willing to hear your needs!!!

It was a great stay for 2 nights and the staff was more than helpful.

Room is big and clean, very comfortable. The breakfast is great.
