“Great time!”
What a fabulous stay. The hotel staff where extremely helpful when approached, yet at the same time they stayed out of your way and were unobtrusive. We had interactions with pool staff, activity staff, wait staff, restaurant staff, front desk staff, bellhops, etc., and everyone was great! We would definitely return when in the area.
“"Great short stay"”
Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel was convenient to all the Disney attractions and the hotel staff was very professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we were very satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend the hotel to others.
“really well done”
liked the hotel but the only annoying part was the housekeeping. dispite of giveing a perticular time the housekeeping staff would knock to see if they could clean the room and also the anoying part was the staff was more eager to know when we are checking out. now that is not what we pay to stay at the hotel.
“Great hotel”
Great pool and beautiful grounds. The bathroom door/closet door was fine. The on-site coffe shop lacked donuts - they were sold out every morning. The staff in general was very nice and helpful. Loved the White Horse restaurant.
“Best Luxury Hotel In Disney Area”
We are a family of four (two children ages 6 & 7) and regularly stay at this hotel whenever we are in Orlando. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The resort has everything you need to keep the kids entertained. The location is perfect for the Parks, restaurants and right off the I4. We will be back!
“Unsafe hotel”
Bad hotel and really bad service. Very unsafe from security perspective. Someone tried to break into our room. Be careful if you stay here.
“Great Value”
This is a great hotel at a reasonable price. The location is perfect. It is a short 10 minute drive to all the Disney Theme Parks. The pool area at the hotel is georgous. The hotel restaurants were great and there also lots of nice restaurants only a 5 minute drive or less from the hotel. This hotel is a great value and a lot of fun. The staff is friendly and helpful.
“Like it”
We have been staying at Hyatt Grand Cyprus for about 5 years. Excelent location, frendly staff, well kept place, very good restaurants. Recommend to everyone, would be back if ever go to Orlando
“Great hotel in great location”
