Great "off Disney property" location
Posted Jan 15, 2013
Great amenities (24 hr pool, rock wall, biking...). Pricey on property food options. Central to Disney/Universal.

Generally a pleasant hotel
Posted Jan 14, 2013
Pros: activities on-site
Cons: poolside catering undeclared extra service charges
Generally a pleasant hotel and great resort. Staff very polite and helpful. Activities available to suit different people - from pool lovers (splash pad, pools of different temperatures, hot tubs, waterslide), activity lovers (biking, canoeing/kayaking), golfers, health club onsite, and probably more I never got to see. And of course you are in Orlando, home of many theme parks and attractions. Poolside catering (supposedly done by separate company) is devious - menu says "sales tax and 18% gratuity included" (and nothing else), giving patrons the impression that the published price is the final price, but a surprise 18% service charge was added to our bill on top of this.

Great hotel for everyone but especially families
Posted Jan 13, 2013
Pros: The pools, canoeing, and biking around the property
Cons: Paying for parking
Location: Location is right off of I-4 but GPS sent us somewhere else. Keep your eyes open.
So much to do! Hotel was very comfortable and affordable. All rooms had balcony and ours was perfect because it was a pool view and Epcot! So we watch the fireworks every night.

Great amenities!

Our stay at the Hyatt was Awesome. Loved the view from our 15th floor room. The only thing was that we had to pay separately for the amenities per night.

Minus Transportation to WDW a Lovely Hotel
Posted Jan 11, 2013
Pros: The pools
Cons: Transportation to Walt Disney World parks
Location: Fine
My biggest complaint was the transportation to and from the Walt Disney World parks. The service was minimal and had I known I would not have stayed there and won't going forward unless the transportation increases. Aside from that I loved the hotel.

Wonderful experience
Posted Jan 11, 2013
Pros: Clean. Great location to Disney World. Great location to the outlet stores. Great food and friendly staff.
Cons: PLEASE add the other half of the shower door. Great idea to have half but the floor would get wet during my showers. The tile floors helped.
Location: GREAT location to Disney, Seaworld, Outlet shopping and food.
The hotel was wonderful. Very clean. Friendly staff and great food. Very family friendly.

few shuttles
Posted Jan 11, 2013
Nice place, but the shuttle to Disney only ran a couple of times in the morning. It's not a great place to go if you want to go to the theme parks.

Fourth stop at your hotel
Posted Jan 10, 2013
Pros: Everything, that is why I return.
Cons: Parking, I do like to self park, and it is a long walk.
Location: I come to your hotel to relax or attend a convention in Orlando....This just happened to be the Marriott GM conf at the World Center and I commuted.
from my first interaction at the front desk to the staff in the restaurants it was very nice. The only down side is the five mile walk to the self park lot. You should change up the the parking to three tiers, valet to valet in the self park lot ( they park) and a self park deal. Food, rooms, pool , everything about the place is nice. Thank you.

Fabulous
Posted Jan 10, 2013
Pros: Swimming pool, activities, staff
Cons: Costs were high in the hotel $5 for a bag of crisps!
Location: Superb, felt miles from anywhere although right in the heart of Orlando
Fabulous hotel, although the resort fee and car park were a bit of a shock (even though checking the details afterwards, it had mentioned these at the time of booking)

First Stay in Hyatt Regency Orlando, FL
Posted Jan 10, 2013
Cons: amenities fee is mandatory, it should be optional.
Location: good location closed to Disney theme parks
in gave upkeeping 2 because you have to call the hotel everyday to request to clean the room and towels
