“need better beds”

The air condition didnt let me sleep it was all night turn on and off automatic that was alfought and the beds too small they should be queens size

All the staff at this hotel were extremely pleasant. I travel to the area once if not twice a year and have stayed at places with 4 star ratings that just met my expectations. This hotel is very nice, my room was spotless, big, excellent water pressure, new furniture, carpeting the works. Housekeeping changed bedding daily, left extra coffee upon request. The hotel offers shuttles to all theme parks. My room was extremely quiet/sound proof and did not "hear" freeway noise or other guests. The restaurant was also excellent and the breakfast buffet was fresh and offered healthy choices. I am very picky about where I stay & where I eat; this place delivered. I am so glad I ignored the few negative reviews!!! It would not surprise me that when all the renovations are complete it will be then rated a 4 star! Overall my experience there was fantastic. Dont miss out!! They also have a full salon offering massages and pedicures! The Gift Shop is bigger then a 7 11....

“Wonderful vacation hotel”

We left another hotel and was given a selection of hotels to choose. We are extremely please with International Plaza and glad we made them our choice. Service was impeccable. Within 15 minutes of a call to replace the remote, someone was at our door. We were greeted by pleasant staff and the hotel offered so much we wished we had more time to enjoy it all. Thanks for making our stay a good one.

“Great Location!”

This was my first time going to Orlando. I booked this hotel and the website did not do it justice. Its conveniently located in the heart of North International Drive. Just minutes from the Premium outlets on Vineland and International Drive. You can walk to the different shops, restaurants as well as Wet N Wild and other little activities like miniature golf. You can also catch the Trolley and public transportation was easily accessible and conveniently located in front of the hotel. You are in the heart of everything thing. The hotel staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

I love the tower of this hotel! Some may have a hard time with the openness and height looking down but I thought it was beautiful and breathtaking. I have stayed here before will stay again. Great hotel! Extremely clean and rooms are much larger than other hotels. Very roomy! We will definitely be back!
