Staff was friendly and room was clean. It could use some updating and it would be nice to have more for the breakfast than bagels but my kids were pleased. Hotel is older but can't be beat for the price.

Why waste money on a "Big Name" hotel

Posted Jan 19, 2015
We have stayed in the Disney hotels on property and for the most part prefer a place such as this due to the proximity of Disney parks and eating establishments. The only minor downfall for this particular motel is the ease of getting in and out of the parking lot. You must come in from the east and leave towards the west making multiple U-turns a part of your vacation. I like the idea of no resort fee or parking fee and enjoy seeing my rental car right outside my door. Also, contrary to popular speculation, this motel is less noisy than some of the luxury hotels we've stayed at for much more money. The beds aren't as comfortable as some of the newer places, but overall a very satisfying stay.

Very run down, but cheap.

Our bed was clean the other furniture was very worn and old. I would not sit on the sofa. We were only staying one night, and we couldn't get out of there quick enough.

Not recommend to stay here

Posted Jan 3, 2015
Pros: Location is reasonably close to Disney.
Cons: Many.
Location: Location is reasonably close to Disney, but still much worse than the resort inside Disney.
Bathroom is not working well, the hotel didn't repair within 4 days. The hotel cannot store luggage for half a day, which makes our trip very much not convenient.

Terrible hotel, but cheap

Posted Dec 30, 2014
Pros: low cost
Cons: remodel the whole room
This hotel needs upgrades every where; the carpet, the A/C system, the furniture, etc, etc.... it is cheap, so I guess you get what you pay.

Jumping around Orlando's parks for two weeks meant that I just needed a hotel for sleep at night. Knights Inn was clean and comfortable, recommended for the budget conscious traveler.

Dissappointed

Posted Dec 24, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: New towels
Location: Everything in Kissimmee
Unfortunately as we didn't leave a tip on the first day our room really wasn't serviced other than replacing the dreadful towels and even then some days I don't think they were changed just folded. I got to the point that they took a toilet roll off and didn't replace. Therefore they didn't get anything after 9 days. Had I had good service they would have been rewarded quite generously.
