Took forever to locate property. Very poor signage (lights burned out). Hotel in sad shape. Linens filthy, stained and lots of cigarette burns. Scary neighborhood.

Really good overall for the price. Only thing that p*ssed me off was the night front desk guy. Super agressive and annoying. Even tho i had already checked in, every night he asked to see and photocopy ID's. Like if we were entering the white house or something.

Room was very noisy. No carpet in room, and you could hear everything from upstairs. Bathroom ran all night long. Front desk lady was not friendly, and when I tried to check out at 8:15 a.m. the lobby was locked, and I had to leave key in a side slide in thing, and was not able to get a copy of the bill. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
