Better stay this time!

Posted May 11, 2015
Pros: Location and breakfast.
After our last stay at this LaQuinta I didn't plan on ever staying here again - but - as it was Grad weekend at UCF and we booked late it was our only choice. So we were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel seems to have been thoroughly cleaned and spruced up since our last visit when it seemed dirty and poorly maintained. The breakfast is just right - hard boiled eggs for the carb free and waffles/muffins/fruit/yogurt for the rest of us. Would stay again.

Good Basic Accommodations

Posted May 10, 2015
Pros: Close to my family in Orlando.
Cons: No pets in certain areas of hotel. Dog left unattended in a room barked for three solid hours.
Location: Near University of Central Florida and Oviedo.
This was a graduation weekend, therefore the occupancy was almost 100% with most being graduating students and family. The atmosphere was festive but not quiet. Clean, hotel room which is what we were looking for.

Pros: I loved how close this hotel was to UCF. I was there to visit my son who attends the college and I was located right new to everything.
Location: UCF Lazy Moon Pizza - the largest slice of pizza I have ever had Brooklyn Bagels - made with NY water and they were delicious
This was a weekend stay to see my son who attends UCF. The hotel was across the street from is apartment and right next to the campus. For us the location was great!

Bathroom not very clean

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: location
Cons: Better cleaning of bathroom.
Very disappointed in how unclean the bathroom was. Understand it was a older bathroom but there were hairs on the bath towels along with stains. Floor in bathroom also had hair and dust in the corners.

Cons: Parking!
we only stayed one night and did not use extra facilities or breakfast. We were very surprised at how clean and quiet it was in our room. Very convenient to UCF and my daughters apartment. we will be back!

Get in and get out

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: The staff was super nice and helpful, and we got to the hotel around 12 am and our room was still available waiting for us.
Cons: The facilities definitely need a little upgrade and renovation, as well as that "complimentary breakfast."
Location: You are located about a 5 min drive to UCF which is about a 15-20 min walk. The surrounding area has almost everything that you can want to indulge on
I was attending my transfer orientation to UCF on March 20th and La Quinta was definitely about a 5 min drive. I stayed there with family but for only one night. The beds were okay, and so was the room, but then again it was definitely a "get in and get out" experience. The staff was super nice and the complimentary breakfast was just shy of alright. No meat whatsoever, which is fine but the food provided was bland at most. I will probably give this place a try once more if need be, definitely for a longer stay, but who knows?

Great Hotel Close to UCF!

Posted Mar 18, 2015
My wife and 24 yr old daughter enjoyed our stay during spring break visiting our son for spring break. Pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room and hotel overall. Continental breakfast was very good. And we got a great rate too. Would highly recommend!!!
