Nice resort hotel, close to DisneyPosted Apr 15, 2014
Great staff, bar drinks overpriced though. We had the newer building, building 5, which was more modern than our family members who stayed in building 1. The pool was cold too, we felt that the hotel could have afforded to heat it up a bit given the expensive bar drinks. Would go back again though!

Comforts of HomePosted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: The room amenities. The pool and poolside bar.
Cons: Transportation to/from airport; allow pre-check in shuttle reservation; lower grocery store prices.
Location: Without a rental car you are limited to the outlet next door. There is plenty if you have transportation.
Stayed for my son's band trip to Disney and we could not afford to stay in a Disney Resort. The unit had everything we needed for our family. The free transportation to and from the Epcot transportation center was very convenient, since we did not rent a car.

Great locationPosted Apr 12, 2014
Less than 10 minutes from Epcot and very close to I Drive, great facilities, pools, pool bar and restaurant. Would highly recommend for families with children, we had a 3 bedroom unit with fireworks view (balcony was great for sunbathing early evening) which was very spacious along with all the amenities we needed. We will be going back!

nice hotel with good amenities and close to parksPosted Apr 10, 2014
Pros: Location and amenities
Cons: hotel furniture and decor
Location: as close to disney without being on the disney site
reasonably good hotel with good amenties. The irish pub was very good with a variable amount of choice for meals and drinks at decent prices. Pirate pool was good for the kids with a poolside bar for drinks and snacks. Plenty of space in the apartments with good cooking and washing facilities.

Nice hotel in Disney territoryPosted Apr 10, 2014
If you are looking for ease to Disney World, I was a bit disappointed. The shuttle service that takes you to and from the park is not an ongoing shuttle service. There are two morning departures and two evening departures. This was not clearly stated when making reservations. I also did not understand that you needed to make reservations the day prior to your trip, so an added expense on our first day. The accommodations were perfect for our family! We had a suite with a kitchen and two bathrooms as well as a balcony big enough to seat the family outside to eat, etc. You do have to pay extra for housekeeping, so we opted out of that.

Wonderful stay in spacious 2-bedroom condo.Posted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: We had a 2-bedroom unit that was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was full kitchen, washer/dryer, and large tub in master bedroom.
Cons: Called reception couple times for amenities request and they forgot and I had to go there in person. The sofa bed was not very comfortable.
Location: Great location close to attractions and shopping malls.
We enjoyed our stay at this centrally-located, spacious, comfortable 2-bedroom condo resort hotel. We found a very good rate and thought it was a great value. The only downsides are the fact that housekeeping is not included but is available for a fee; the sofa bed is not very comfortable; and the service was adequate but not exceptional.
Just O.kPosted Apr 7, 2014
The location is nice. Shopping next door. The 1 restaurant is not great. Pizza Hut express was convenient. Convenience store extremely over priced. 1 quiet pool, 1 large pool w a water slide. For a resort this large, more pools would be nice. Our suite was dated. Our bed was so noisy! Every time my husband moved it was so loud! Jets in hot tub didn't work. Various things were broken. The kitchen was fine, but the 3 pots they had were not great or enough for a family of 4. I've stayed at nicer, won't go back.

Location, convenience, affordablePosted Apr 5, 2014
The studio kitchens are convenient. Major stores and restaurants are nearby. The pool and facilities were not in the greatest condition. They ran out of towels one day and left wet guests standing there in the cold even though they could have gotten towels from the smaller pool area as I suggested. There was an unpleasant odor that permeated the studios. Could have been cleaner. Will try a different resort in the area next time.

Okay Hotel good location.Posted Apr 5, 2014
Pros: Two pools to enjoy. Easy access to Disney World, outlet stores, restaurants and other parks. Really enjoyed the space our room provided.
Cons: Cleanliness. Disappointed in condition of our suite. New towels and bedding and furniture. Seemed a little run down.
Location: Disney World, Wal-Mart, restaurants, other Parks, Malls, outlet malls.
We had a three bedroom room which provided our family With the space we needed. We were very comfortable and enjoyed having a functional kitchen for our breakfasts. Overall we enjoyed our stay, however we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the shape of the towels (thin with holes). More attention could have been given to detailed cleaning. We also didn't realize that we would have to pay for cleaning our room during our stay, or paying for clean fresh towels. We did have a washer and dryer in out suite and were able to clean our towel ourselves, but I guess we thought that is something that should be included. There were two pools to enjoy and the hotel was close to Disney and other amenities.
