“adequate”

The hotel met our needs and was in a great location - close to Universal, City Walk , Sea World, etc. We really wanted a suite so my son could sleep in the other room and we wouldn't all have to go to bed at 7:30 pm. The room was the perfect set up for this. The rooms are a little older but clean. The microwave didn't work but the fridge was nice and cold. The pool was nice and the breakfast exceeded my expectaions. I honestly would have expected to pay more for a suite like this with complimentary breakfast. It was a great deal.

“You get what u pay for”

The breakfast was great to have and was pretty good. The hot tub was one of the hottest I have sat in at a hotel. We had a car witch was great cuz there was only a comp. shuttle to sea world otherwise it was $14 to use shuttle. You get what u pay for. For us I would recommend if your trying to save $ u spend most of the time at the parks. Our fridge did break but they fixed it right away. It's probably about 8 miles from the parks. It was clean but rundown. U also could spend a few more $ s and get a little nicer hotel.

“Customer Service?”

The hotel was clean,but there were some maintaince issues.The dressing area sink had loose fixtures,there was no hot water at the service bar sink,and when we tried to use the fridge it was not at temp.We could not adjust the temp because the temp setting knob was removed,maint arrived with pliers and adjusted it,location was great in accessability to the UNIVERSAL parks which we were there for my daughter's 10th birthday.The one issue which soured me in the hussel of getting 10 year olds ready to travel I left a pair of good shorts in the drawer,upon arrival home I contacted the desk{only 1.5 hour later)and asked them to check,they returned with a discovery phone call,when i asked them for a little CS by sending them to me they informed me I had to take care of all the leg work{UPS,$, etc}when I suggested the hotel send them they said flat "no".I contacted Expedia and when the called mysteriously the shorts had disappered.Is this a big deal over a pair of shorts?Maybe,but the customer service is what I am pointing out.oh by the way,the desk clerks comments when I suggested the motel just send them was "we would go broke if we did that for everyone that left something"really???

Enjoyed our 2nd stay at Lexington Suites.. great location, great price, friendly staff. Nice place. Great free breakfast!

“Not convenient at all”

Breakfast time is too short. It should be extended until 11:00 am. We went to Halloween Horror Nights the night before until 2:00 am at Universal Studios. Even though we woke up at 9:00 am we had to go to the nearest Mc Donald's. There is also a Denny's nearby. My reservation was for 6 people; I paid the extra guest charge but the sofa-bed was a twin sized instead of a full sized bed as it is described online. The room had a bad smell and the bathroom needs certain reparation like a new caulking. Those black spots between bathroom tiles are very disgusting. Finally, we had to park in TGI Fridays parking lot because the hotel parking lot was full. Hotel management should negotiate that space in TGI Fridays or think in a valet parking service.

“Nice Orlando Hotel”

I would definitely go back to this hotel! Great price, convenient location, very clean rooms. The hotel's hallways need cleaning, but the room was nice. Although the service was not good, I would recommend it. I got there late and had no problem or delays checking in. I am very satisfied.

I arrived at the hotel and was not well but they did the check in very quickly and recommended a medical care facility. The breakfast looked good but only my son ate because i was still under the weather . Everything went well except for trying to call international (home) from the hotel, was unable to do so and eventually went down to the lobby to use the pay phone and still could not call out. but the overall service was excellent especially when you go through expedia, they make it so easy for you. Thanks expedia and Lexington Suites .
