Magical Memories Villas central check-in location and guest service center is just east of the Walt Disney World® Resort area. Office hours are 8 AM - 8 PM daily (may vary according to season). Guests planning to arrive after hours must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in information.
Cleaning fees apply at check-in for stays of 2 nights or fewer. Fees start at $65 per stay and vary by size and type of vacation home.

“Will visit again.”

The hotel was easily located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. It was very close to shopping centres and eating places. The traffic was good.

“The lady on call for late check-in was an unprofessional impertinent person.”

We arrived at 10 pm which was considered late check in. the lady on the phone whom I had to call then told me where my key was and sent me to the villa we had rented, allegedly. upon arrival at the villa, we realized it was only 2 instead of the booked and paid 4 bedrooms. we were 10 people with several small children, excited to go to Disney the next day, all exhausted from a long trip, who then had to be split into several different villas due to overbooking by magical memories. not very magical. the lady on the phone was the worst: when i cautiously mentioned that we were disappointed about not being able to sleep all in the same location (we even lived miles apart from each other in different parts of orlando!!!), she just hissed, "well why do you have to get there after 10pm with little children anyways?? that is very irresponsible." at this point, some people of my group were ready to file a complaint against the woman but i calmed them down since we needed to sleep...now, 2 weeks later, i am still very disappointed and would never recommend this agency to anyone.

“Big and nice”

It was great, clean and spaceous house with 4 rooms and the garage had all kinds of games like a pool table, very nice. Great for a group of people, family oriented. The TV in the living room did not work, but did not care much as we were out all day. We will stay again. Although, the house was far about 20 minutes from park attractions.....

“Really nice complex and club house, furniture is all broken and the beds are very uncomfortable”

Really nice villas and club house location was good. Sofa sinks down to the floor,chairs was recovered but not preperly put back on so seats fall off , matresses need to be replaced, jacuzzi tub in master bedroom didn"t work,window treatment was in bad shape they were falling apart and allowing light to come inside you really couldn"t tell if it was night time lights outside was shining inside villa.Very small televisions thru out the villas and only one remote control worked.

Area recommendations

Kissimmee in the villas just make sure its updated furniture and large tv.

“not worth it”

The condo was so dirty. I felt I had to clean it before I could sleep there. The stove was broken, the pull out sleeper was broken....... It was just a mess.. There are to many good places to stay in Orlando. This is not one of them.

“Florida trip”

Our water was turned off we couldn't take showers or dishes.When I called the office at 7:15 a.m it was after hours it took over an hour and a half to get maint. to gt there to tell me that the water was on and it was probably that they didn't pay the bill!We left for the day no one called us to lets us know if everything was all set even when we called they had to check.T.v's in the bedrooms didn't work nor did the ceiling fan in the master.Overall the place wasn't great but suited us for the week.

Area recommendations

It was quiet and close to the attractions.

“NEVER AGAIN”

THE STAFF WERE NOT HELPFULL AT ALL ,THE VILLA WAS OLD AND THE BED SHEETS WERE NOT CLEAN. THE WHOLE DEAL WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED.

“Very Disappointed”

I would never go back to this hotel again! During the check-in process, there was a line of other guests trying to check in but the hotel was short staffed. This was my first turn-off. You have to request an iron from the front desk that should already be in the room, you have to supply your own toilet tissue after you and your 5 guests have used the two rolls the hotel supplied, which are not full rolls. All hotels that I've stayed in supply you with mini bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Not this hotel! And for some strange reason, the phone in our room kept ringing and when we answered, no one was on the other end. There was no housekeeping during our 4 day stay. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. There was trash under the beds and hair pins were left behind on the floor from the previous guests. The dishes were dirty and why I was put on the second level, I have no idea. My father uses a cane and my overall stay was disappointing.
