Madness

We were there 4 days and not once did they come bring fresh towels, change trash, etc. We had to keep chasing the housekeeper to get some fresh linens. The resort charged my card 300 plus dollars extra so that was very aggravating to get fixed.

Don't stay!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Clean it and update it.
Location: The location was alright. Nothing is open passed 11pm down there so not really worth it.
The bed sheets of the room we were supposed to stay in we're stained with black spots and a white spot. The room was filthy. They down graded us to a full bed double room which was better. But everything about this place is wrong. It's old and disgusting. Not to mention the staff wasn't really polite.

Horrible service

Arrived after midnight with 4 kids ready for Disney and was told upon arrival my room was sold even though I had reservations booked and a confirmation. I was told sorry we cant do anything and everything in the area was booked so my kids did not get to go to disney and we drove 12 hours to have our trip destroyed by this hotel. Horrible simpky horrible

I have traveled to the Orlando area many times and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are very small and uncomfortable. You have to shimmy into the shower area as the commode almost blocks the door. There is only a small refrigerator that didn't work properly and NO microwave. Very little storage for your clothes. The outside has trash everywhere. The pool areas are dirty with broken furniture and mulch in the pool itself. They charge a $10.00 daily resort fee and I don't know why. I could go on but I think you get the picture. I must say I am disappointed in Expedia for not doing better research on this hotel.

Is it Closed?

From the time I walked in until the time I left the whole experience seemed as if the hotel was closed, or in a run down location of town. It's not easy to even find the hotel to begin with even though it is off 192 there are little to no signs. The hotel itself seems dated all the way though to the employees. Would not recommend nor stay there again.

Location: Lots of restaurants and theme parks close
I just don't recommend this hotel at all. We found large cockroaches more than once in the room. The sheets are cardboard and the beds are not comfortable. The shower has weak water pressure and the towels are tiny! I am not a large person and the towel doesn't come close to wrapping around me, and they're thin and not absorbent.

Refused to stay

Not only was the staff VERY unfriendly, there were hidden charges that we were not told about earlier. We refused our reservation after looking at the room and then were told we had to pay anyway!!! Not until we raised our voices did they change their minds and cancel our charges. I would NEVER stay at or recommend this place

Hotel with Bad Customer Service

Cons: Customer Service, Room Cleanliness, Room Service.
I have been told that I don't need to pay the resort fee of 10$ when I booked through Expedia and I have the Free parking , Free Wifi. But when i reached the Resort, they told me that I need to pay the Resort fee of $10 per day. They said that fee is for Free parking and Wifi. Totally bad. The way the receptionist spoke as well is not even looks good. He was so rude . Very worst room service.

Close to Disney, but is it worth it?

Cons: Repairs should be taken care of before guests are present in the rooms.
Location: Disney; restaurants; shopping.
My initial impression was a good one due to the friendliness of the front desk personnel. Unfortunately, however, the first of our 3-night stay was extremely uncomfortable: the air conditioner was stuck on a low temperature, blowing on high, and I nearly froze to death (no extra blankets). The blower on the unit was so loud that I was still awake going on 4:00 am. The front desk, however, did get someone to come fix the AC within thirty minutes when I called (after returning from Disney at midnight on night #2). Bonus points for their fixing it so quickly, but loss of points for having to have a repairman in my hotel room at midnight when I should be in my pj's. Also, the toilet needed a good scrubbing - I didn't notice that until our last day there. It was nice being so close to the Disney park, but I think I would prefer a longer drive and a more comfortable hotel experience.
