Fantastic stayPosted Dec 16, 2013
Marriott never disappoints. This was our first stay in this hotel. The apartment was in one of the renovated buildings and was of the usual high standard. Staff couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. It is a large complex but nothing was too far away.

Great reprieve from the Orlando madness!Posted Apr 7, 2013
Pros: Cafe, bar, and Pizza Hut on site. Multiple pools and spas. Landscape was beautifully maintained. Sweet kitties on site.
Cons: Nothing really. The clock in the second bedroom didn't work properly.
Location: Far enough away from the park madness, but close enough to everything.
The best place we've stayed in Orlando! Checkout was at 1000, and I requested to stay until 1100. The staff said "no problem". The place was very clean and kept up very well. We loved the friendly resident cats around the resort. The recreation staff were so friendly and helpful to us. The kids loved the paddle boats. Melody at the spa gave the best relaxation massage. Much needed after the parks. Would stay again if I ever go back to Orlando!

Reasonable place to stay with kidsPosted Mar 26, 2013
Room was clean, and reasonably well kept, but showing a few obvious signs of wear. Staff were friendly and helpful. Decent location. Pull out sofa was uncomfortable (but most of them are). Pool and bball courts were nice. Would stay again.

Marriott Cypress HarbourPosted Mar 18, 2013
Pros: Centerally located, lots for families related to the activity centre and daily planned activities at the hotel, nice kitchen for meal preparation
Cons: Liked everything
Location: Perfect, close to all parks and shopping, just a cab ride away for $10-$20
The location was excellent for families, close to all areas of interest in Orlando related to the theme parks and shopping.

Great Family ResortPosted Feb 11, 2013
Pros: Size of the suites
Cons: 4 pm check in
Location: Very near the Orange County Convention Center
I checked into this hotel thinking it was a typical business hotel. It is not! It is a resort built for families. First of all check in is not until 4pm and my room was not ready at 4pm. The staff was not apologetic in the least and I had to wait out by the pool and was told someone would call me. I finally became the squeaky wheel at 4:30pm and got a room. The rooms are spectacular! It is like a huge condo complex and my suite had a huge living room, dining room with seating for six, and a large kitchen with granite counter tops. Mine was a two bedroom suite with a standard room with a queen bed, en suite bath, and a pull out couch. This room would be perfect for a family with children as you could pile the whole clan in this room. The master bedroom was huge and had a large whirlpool tub, two sinks and shower. This would be a great base of operations for a family wanting to explore the various activities available in Orlando. The property has 3 pools, basketball courts, soccer field, and countless activities to keep the whole family occupied. This is NOT a place to stay if you are in Orlando for a day or two on business.
