“Will definitely stay there again.”

The hotel was small and quaint just like the town. Overall, the stay was lovely with very clean suites with king size beds and pull out beds or second king suites. The accomodating staff was pleasant - we got a free room upgrade at check-in so that our two parties could be in nearby rooms. Nice bar and good breakfast (full menu or free continental) Only about 5-10min from the parks. Bonus, was the town promenade just down the street with ice skating and wonderful shops! If you are looking for a nice place to stay with suites that can sleep several people that isn't a big hotel chain - this is it! We will stay here again.

“atl visitor”

very good location for visiting Walt Disney World. The staff at check in was quite disinterested, though later staff persons were better-. We were given a room close to an outside entrance, so did not have much interaction with staff. Very limited amenities, no gym, small lobby. Nice pool area. Room was a bit spartan with very cheap furniture/dressers. Bed was very comfortable. Suite had 2 bedrooms/baths, kitchen with refrig., stove top, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, and a wash machine/dryer combo. Note- the continental breakfast included is a basket with a croissant, a muffin and a pastry and coffee (coffee is low-quality) would stay again, though, if the purpose was visiting disney- very close location.

“Would definitely return”

We loved the bistro and the fact that we could dine al fresco while the kids were in the pool . The room was really clean and the staff was super attentive. The free shuttle to the parks made the stay even more enjoyable!

“Will stay here again”

Was impressed with the suite when we walked in. We enjoyed the amenities and were very satisfied with the space. Too bad it rained so we didn't enjoy the pool or jacuzzi but we are glad it did rain because we wouldn't have stayed in the hotel suite as long as we did to get the full effect.

Area recommendations

Orlando is recommended for everyone. So much to do even if you don't go to the theme parks.

“Beware of noise”

I have stayed at the hotel on many trips. Management has now decided to rent the lounge for parties. The Saturday night I was there the DJ played loud music from 6PM to 10PM clearly and loudly heard in our room. We needed to leave so our toddler could sleep and returned later that night. when the music stopped. The management offered an "I'm sorry."

Celebration is a great town.

“should be a 3star at the most”

This hotel looked sooooo good in the pictures , i told my family to trust me. You have to give 6hrs notice for the shuttle. Its not near anything. Lush florida landscape is a geen grass field. Our washing machine was broken and we were told to just go downstairs ( with 2 kids and it being late who wants to do that?). Our wifi wasnt working at all and the answer was "oh yeah, your on that side of the building" you can come down to our lobby and your computer should pick up. The sofa bed was terrible. There were lots of odd dishes, missing things. Almost as though they are trying to throw it all together. Its says full kitchen but no oven. Weird things like that. It was clean, but customer service lacked huge! The restaurant breakfast was gross. You go to sit down and your continental is a tiny croissant, mini muffin and tiny pastry. The staff up front were kind but you can tell dont have the tools to help you even if they want. I would NOT reccomend going here until they get their act together

“Above Average Hotel, though not quite "luxury"”

Getting around

You must rent a car. Otherwise you are bound to the schedule of the shuttle service, which you also must give 6 hours notice for. Also, just if you want to be able to run out to a grocery store, restaurant or gift shop, these are not withing walking distance.

“Best Family Place to Stay in Orlando”

The hotel is very good and well located. The suites are large and the rooms are very spacious. The drawback is that the rooms are not fully serviced daily. They do change the towels, empty the trash and lay the bed daily. I would reccommend this hotel to anybody especially families visiting Orlando.
