Unless you absolutely cannot afford anything else do not stay here! I chose to stay here because it was only going to be a couple of day and I figured it can’t be all that bad but I was wrong.

The pool was broken and we were not told in advance. The room was old and the water from the shower sprayed into the room. My husband had to fix the shower head. The ice machine was on the 2nd and 3rd floor and you had to take a ricketty old elevator or sketchy stairs to it. Won't stay there again.

The rooms smell like smoke, cigarette burns on the sheets, Roaches in the rooms, latch on door was broken, blow dryer doesn’t work and charger ports didn’t work. I end up switching to 3 rooms before I was a little satisfied.Manger didn’t want to do anything to accommodate me. I paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1 night.

Hairs everywhere, super dirty, door lock was broken, staff were super rude and the room looked like someone was in there before I got in, I never write reviews before but I couldn’t stay quiet with this one. Beware, it’s was already too late I didn’t have a choice but if any of you have a choice do not book this place!!!!!

I had a terrible Racist experience at The Clarion Hotel on International Drive in Orlando the woman who was at front desk was racist , mean and nasty , she lied saying I had no reservation there but she cancelled instead just because I greeted her in Spanish language ! Also she put me as an undesirable customer in order to get my money and not refund it ! She even called security to lock me out These woman should not be working there , I hope managers of this hotel take care of this ! This incident happened on Sunday April 7 at 8 pm , 2024 please contact me if you need more details

I don't usually pick high end hotels in general. We literally use it to sleep. That's what you get here a bed, bathroom and a TV. The pool was under construction apparently the one day we thought we would use it. Arrived to check in and was told they don't take our type of debit card (ultimately they did let me use it) The nicest employee was the overnight staff which we usually chatted with while waiting for the theme park shuttle. Rooms definitely could use some upkeep.

There is so much you can say about this hotel . But the main thing is YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR . This is not a 5 star hotel . There is no pool . But it is in a perfect location . If you’re looking for a quiet family hotel , this hotel is NOT for you . If you’re looking to have fun and party the night away on international drive , this is the PERFECT hotel . Everything is within walking distance . I would book again .

Unsafe, Gabrielle (a woman), had a bad day at work and gave us poor customer swrvice. After not been able to enter my room for the second time, she gave me access to another room, without even confirming which was my room. Gabriela or Gabrielle got out from her desk to go unto my daughter who was asking to treat with respect to her mom. Gabriella aggressively started screaming asking for my daughter to hit her, she obviously is part of a gang or soemthi g. I had to call the police. I was threatened and I was taken by the security to gather my things and leave that night. I was planning to get some sleep before driving back to Miami, instead I had to pay for the night and still waiting for my refund. Worst hotel. If you want to be treated as if you are in the hood, then thats your place. Horrible!

Awful property. Would not recommend. Most of the staff was awful. One lady one the weekends had her phone on so loud that she had to keep asking me "What?" When id ask her a question. Eating and not paying attention and rude. No drink vending machines available. Holiday Inn got my business for that. No microwave on property at all. No breakfast. No phone in the room. Poor lighting. Constant screaming from Icon Park across the street. Guests screaming at each other. Watched a grand total of 7 people get arrested in the parking lot over the 6 days i was there. Just a horrible experience. I should have paid more to get more. Will not use Clarion again. Probably wont use Epxedia again either.

First time experiencing check-in to a hotel where the staff is not welcoming but rather i got "get out of my face when you're done" vibe. Terrible experience. Don't recommend staying here at all.

Will never stay here again. The person who checked us in was rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. One night we didn’t have towels and I had to walk to front desk because there was no phone in the room and they wouldn’t answer when I called from the front desk. We stay in the Orlando area at least once every 2 months and never had experienced anything this bad.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! After reading the reviews we decided to cancel our trip and we were unable to do so on the app. Called the hotel, DONT EVEN BOTHER CALLING BECAUSE THEYLL PLACE YOU ON HOLD WITH NO EXPLANATION AND EXPECR YOU TO ACT LIKE A BEHAVED CITIZEN WHEN THEY FINALLY PICK UP THE PHONE 48 HOURS LATER AFTER CLAIMING YOURE A NO SHOW AND REFUSE TO REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY!!!!!! The staff had no clue why I was so upset because they continued to place me on hold then BLAMED ME for trying to get ahold of someone and STOLE MY MONEY! This app can’t do anything because the hotels policy overlaps theirs, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCUMBAG HOTEL! The staff really DO NOT CARE!!!!

Do not stay here. We requested to see a room because of the bad reviews. we were shown an updated room that was clean and was given a room with terrible filthy carpets. My childs feet turned black after walking maybe 3 mins in the room. While we were checking in other customers whom were already staying there were complaining about the toliets not working. I rented a total of three rooms for my family and two of the three had terrible odors. to the point to where we had purchased lysol for the rooms before staying the night. Needless to say do not stay here if you want a clean room.

The area around the property is perfect. The staff is very rude and really don't seem to want to be there. Language is very unprofessional They overcharged me and have yet to fix the issue. They messed up our reservation and I had to spend two straight days fixing it, even though I had my reservation/confirmation number.

The check in procedure was very long. Only 1 staff member and very rude. I interacted with 4 employees there and they all used rude language and were not friendly. They did not want to be there working and it was obvious. Had an issue with the reservation and they said they don't care go somewhere else. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Great location. Just in front of Icon Park. Lots of restaurants nearby and fun activities. Room was cleaned daily. Not an updated hotel, but it is good.

I had a roach crawling in my bed. The staff done nothing about it. Even took a picture to show them. They came banging on my door at 8am knowing checkput isnt unil 11. Twice thwy did that. Left a bitter taste in my mouth. Wont return here anymore.

I felt like I was at a 37 dollars motel. I went to Walgreens to buy bleach and lysol. The door looked like it was kicked it. The plaster in the bathroom look liked a one year old did. The light fixer did not have bulbs. Management allow another person to have access to my room because they gave then key card to the wrong room. Then they have the audacity to charge 50 dollars deposit for room damages and the room look like a hell hole. I took some pictures, I asked to speak to the GM that person wasn't there. I am surprised that Expedia have this on there website.
