Hotel was great, clean, and enough towels.

Hotel was great, comfortable, clean and fun. Entertainment was great, food was good but I wish they had more selection. The pool and meeting characters were great!

DO NOT BOOK UNTIL THIS PLACE GETS RENOVATED!!

Posted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: The characters and Double Dare show.
Cons: EVERYTHING
Location: Downtown Disney
The check in process was quick and easy. They has characters in the waiting area, which was a great way to start off! The golf cart takes you to your building. You have to take your bags up your self. The elevator was VERY NASTY. Actual the same dirt and food crumbs that were in it on Friday when we arrived were still there Sunday when we were leaving. The room was ok. The AC needed to be checked, but overall the maid did their job. The kids room if you get the 2 bedroom with a bunck beds is more like a closet than a room. The beds and TV is OUT DATED! The pool deck is HORRIBLE they do NOT do routine cleaning, once again the same trash etc was out there the next day. The pool deck should have music, but they only play music if there is an event. The hot tub and pool need to be rebuilt. The life guards are good, but management needs to have more than 2 life guards on duty when there is 200 people in the pool. The FOOD options are horrible. They give you contenital breakfast for $24 plus tax. The character breakfast is a ripp off its $25 per person, including the same contenital breakfast. The need to invest in a chief and have real healthy food options. You worry why children are over weight!!! As a CERTIFIED TRAVEL CONSULTANT I will NOT book any of my clients. This place is a complete rip off. There is NEVER any secuirity guards in site, so please watch your children. I know this is a kids resort, but there is NOTHING for adults to enjoy. Everything shuts down by 11pm

SHOULD HAVE BEEEN BETTER

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: Parking Lot
Cons: EVERYTHING especially the FOOD
Location: WE went there as an adventure because we live in the area, thought the kids would love it. MAJOR disappointment. GO TO LEGO LAND, BETTER.
Well the hotel was allot nicer in the Advertisements and Brochure's. There really was not a lot for the kids to do. I had breakfast there which cost me an arm and a leg, VERY high prices for cheap food. It made me sick. I will not go back to this Hotel ever. High Cost with not a lot in return.

Best family vacation ever

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: The hotel was great. It is clean & spot on with catering to the kids. I will definitely be going back again but for 3 nights. Well worth the money.
Cons: I would say the elevators are small and the mapping to rooms are confusing.
Location: I will not eat here again. The hotel meals are way to expensIve. Better to do groceries before going to the hotel and eat at little restaurants.
Best family vacation. Well worth the money. Food was way too expensive, but everything else was great.

Very disappointed after all the hype.

Pros: The character meet and greets were the only good thing.
Cons: Cleaning. Lots of it.
We've been wanting to stay here for a while now with our 5 and 10 year old kids, so we decided to finally go for a night and check it out. The hallways smell bad of trash, I'm guessing from the cans that are not emptied. There were dirty Q-tips laying in the hall outside of our room. 10 minutes are checking into our room, a manager lets herself in the room door and proceeds to walk into the bedroom, where I was on the phone. She said she was checking how many closet doors they needed for the upcoming remodel, and didn't know the room was occupied. When she clearly saw that it was after running into me, she still proceeded to continue on to count the number of doors instead of leaving our room! The pool area at both pools was absolutely disgusting! We felt like we had to wear shoes the entire time to stay clean, and there was paper floating in both pools everytime we went to swim. For the price paid, this was our least favorite place to ever stay in Orlando and we will not be going back.

Gross gross gross

Posted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: My children liked the pool and slides.
Cons: I would of liked it to have been cleaner.
Location: 10-15 minutes from all attractions and entertainment.
Awful experience all 3 of my children came back home infested with lice!!!!! Avoid this hotel ....not worth coming back home with this problem...no characters in the resort unless you paid to have breakfast or dinner with them........totally not worth it. :-(

Nickolodeon stay with Teenagers. :-)

My family stay at this hotel was a great experience. The hotel overall very clean and staff very welcoming and outgoing. However, the room I stayed in, there was a few stains on the rug and the bunk beds where on the small size for a 15yr old and 16yr old in length. They did sleep comfortably as they stated "the mattresses were soft top and bottom as they alternated sleeping on the top bunk. I will definitely revisit the hotel as I have a 3yr old who had a ton of fun in the kids area while the older ones got on the slides and played in the pool. Upon my check in and chek out I did notice the hotel had a big sign stating renovations were going to start Fall 2015. I believe once this is done it will go from great to excellent.

Ninja Turtles

Posted Jul 25, 2015
Having dinner with the Ninja Turtles of course made it all worth it but Hotel was nothing special or amazing - smell in room was dreadful, carpet and bathroom floor sticky with dirt, flying things in drapes... felt like critters owned hotel room and we were disrupting. Had a couple Manhattan cocktails at the bar that cost me $15.05 each and then had one during Ninja dinner that cost $8.00 - same taste & ingredients!!! staff and manager at dinner were awesome - great customer service!
