“Convenient and fitting for the great price!”

Wasn't the cleanest place I ever stayed in but it was comfy and convenient and great for the price we paid. Hot tub and pool was awesome after a long day at the theme parks!

“Oak plantation hotel”

Room lock wasn't working had a hard time getting sheets and towels to our room. The office was letting people into the non vacant rooms with none paying customers kept us up all night with constant people walking in and out all night and lots of noise! Unprofessional security and also parties galore . I couldn't sleep there at all . Also our tub wouldn't keep water in it the drain was the wrong one. The window wouldn't stay up it slammed down when you open it very dangerious if kids are near it and touch it the littlest bit. You leave food for one hour out u will have mini red ants everywhere. Don't pay for house keeping you won't need it they took two days to give us sheets and towels.But some of these rooms are nice but we had to be up all night and complain and then they moved us in a decent room and then we expirenced people walking up stairs not paying and two different sets of people in and out of that room hanging out from the staff letting them in. How unprofessional.

“good villas”

It was the kind of hotel that i was looking for, because you have more space, the facility was good, a lake, pool, basket ball courts, everything was ok, the only thing that i would like to have is available internet on the rooms (villas) because you have to go to the reception and that was the only unconfortable thing

“Poor Hotel Management - Great place for the price!”

This resort is in a pretty good location - 15 minutes to Disney World - The pools were clean, and the Tiki Bar was good. The rooms need to be updated. Way too much staff doing nothing. One guy smokes cigarettes ALLDAY! Front desk was awesome and the bartender was awesome. Had to ask for clean towels everyday - They would take the old ones but not return the fresh ones. Overall for the price it was worth it. We stayed in a 2 room suite. The arcade steals your money so don't bother 8 games or so and only 2 work. I think with better management this place could be fabulous! They have about 10 people on staff all day and only about 1/2 of them work!

“Would not go back!”

The outside of the hotel is nice but inside it's a disaster the worst stay of my life the beds were absolutely horrible would never stay here again.

It was a nice and comfortable hotel. Almost every time they solve our problems or situations. We'll sure be back

“Was great for the price”

We did a mother daughter trip with my best friend and The 2 bedroom villa was plenty large enough for the 4 of us. Water pressure was a bit low but was managable for everyone but me with very thick hair. We did find one cockroach but it was an isolated incident figuring it came in from outside as there were no other signs of any critters otherwise. We spoke to our uncle that lives and works in the area and he said it is not unusual to have one wonder in, that they get them occassionally in the high end hotels also. That being said, it became a non issue. The only reason I mention it at all is so that you know it can happen ANYWHERE you stay in the Florida area. The pool area was great, the internet sucks the big one so if you need wifi for business dont count on it. Most of the time you cant get a connection and if you do it keeps cutting you off or it takes forever to load. I gave up trying it was just too frustrating. Overall, I would definately stay again.

“Secluded get away”

As a former central Florida resident, I was not interested in the ususal tourist attractions. I simply wanted a spacious, clean villa where I could relax and rejevenate. I came alone and liked the fact that I could interact as much or as littled with resort staff/visitors. There were weekly events, an internet cafe (friendly/helpful service here), and a pool on site. Upon my arrival at Oak Plantation Resorts, I was impressed and could not wait to get settled into my suite. I enjoyed the breathtaking view of the oversized pond and being nestled behind a host of trees. I awoke to the sound of tropical birds. I was fortunate to be facing this area (not the parking lot) and did not have to worry about noise from other occupants. However please be aware that you may hear airplanes departing/arriving since the resort is near the Kissimmee Airport. Also if you are extremely picky (i.e. wanting absolute luxury) then this may not be the place for you. If you are looking for basic, clean comfort and want to be near some of the tourist attractions/local restaurants- then you should consider this resort. I would say the service was average and I had to make a handful of calls to the front desk for a range of requests including a leaky refrigerator/a non working exterior light (safety issue at night)/ no towels during my initial arrival. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would return to this resort either alone or with family.
