Window does not lock; dead bolt lock does not want to open; other people's acrylic nail on bedroom carpet; you can feel the coils on the beds; Exterior, too mich to be said...war zone.

Very surpised the pictures matched the actual place, very clean and updated interiors, property in front of the hotel was terrible looking. Everything was great and they provided anything additonal we asked for. Did not get to use the pool, we were too busy and it was bit cold outside. Very comfy bed. Just one thing, they need wireless internet service. We will be back soon.

“NOT the "Courtyard" you think it is!!!!!!!”

We were very scared and disappointed when we pulled up to this hotel. I was traveling with my two young kids the night before checking in at our Disney resort and wanted a safe, familiar branded hotel to get a good night's sleep. This hotel was clearly a 30-40 year-old remodel of an old Orlando hotel. The outside was dirty, the other guests were a bit interesting...maybe scary, and the locks were actual keys, and not secure. We were not happy. Now for the rooms, they are VERY nice inside, fresh and new, nice furnishings, granite countertops in full kitchens and in the bathroom, etc. The beds were like sleeping on a rock but overall it felt like a small apartment, a very nice one. When my wife forgot her hairdryer, the guy in the office quickly came up with one. At the end of the day, it was fine and we got some sleep that we needed but I didn't feel safe since the locks didn't work, the windows didn't lock, and I am usually very careful when I choose a hotel to stay at with my family...This hotel was fine if you know what you're getting for the price, but if you want a Courtyard by Marriott, just know that this is NOT one...it is independent and not at all similar to a national brand hotel.

“Stayed 7 nights mid november”

PROS Remodeled kitchen tile floors granite countertops all new full size appliances cooking supplies with service for four.Living room with pullout sofa flat screen TV work desk with granite countertop.I had full use of professionally cleaned pool with 8 chairs and remodelled bathroom.Close to disney parks.Lots of good restaurants nearby for all meals(buffets Ihop dennys Mcdonalds wendys red lobster carrabas houlihans and my favorites chick fill a and Millers Orlando Ale House.Shopping Target and gift shops nearby.CONS No signs for property off 192 turn at signal for Reddy Creek Road at 7 eleven.Blightfull property in front leading to courtyard suites.No shuttle need car.Need new mattress in my bedroom that sliders led to walkway no patio ask for courtyard room for private patio.No housekeeping till 7th day but you can get supplies from office 7am till11pm.No NBC and ESPN TV channels.My trip invoved shopping at the outlets malls and my favorite Disney Marketplace eating at my favorite restaurants PF Changs O'Charleys Fishbones and Millers Orlando Ale House I would only reccomend Orlando courtyard suites if most reasonable out of other properties I have stayed in the past Baymont 1 signal light past couryad suites Oak Plantation Ramada I Drive or Lexington Suites.

“Birthday Vacation!”

My boyfriend and I went to Orlando for my birthday. We stayed for a week. At first i was kinda funny about staying here because I read the reviews. But overall i was surprised with it. the room was gorgeous. the only thing i had issues with was the car rentals but other then that i would def recommend this place.

Too much to put in this review, all i can say to sum it up is "worst experience ever" with lack of amenities, king bed- beyond firm more like concrete, sofa bed-missing mattress!, staff refused to provide fresh linens after 4 days of stay, nor would supply hand soaps for sinks after 4th day of stay, broken bath tub handle, broken cracked patio blinds with shoddy curtains wouldn't keep out bright patio light at night, old 15 inch TV in king room, somewhat newer 19 inch flat screen mounted in living area of king suite, 8 channels worked with satellite only 6 in english, volume in and out in the middle of show or movie, no cable, no movies, said dvd provided but none in suite anywhere, no hairdryer though it was also listed as an amenity, no icemaker in refrigerator though it was listed as having one, no lighting at desk, cabinet hinges not level wouldn't open or close easily, artwork missing with screws and such sticking out of walls as managment explained they've had theft issues, and the police explained their presence due to the prostitution going on in the vacant old courtyard suites next door and the other abandoned building directly on the other side of our hotel.

“never again!”

I wouldn't go back to this hotel ever...this hotel looks like a cheap motel. It was a construction site. Upon arrival, the person at the office was too bothered to show me where my room was especiallysince I arrived at night and lighting was minimal. My room was laid-out nicely but uncomdortable..carpets are filthy, some of the lighting fixtures didn't work, beds were very uncomfortable (you're better off sleeping on the floor), I was told there was wifi but was informed it was only available at the office? I carried a laptop I couldn't even use for lack of wifi. The office is the size of a bedroom and your ability to sit in there and use wifi is a joke. The pool is mediocre. The building and area surrounding it looks like its falling apart. I was so dissatisfied with my stay, I could hardly wait to leave! Positive things was the kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen for it's ability to cook and eat out less and bathroom for the jet-tub. But that is not enough to make me come back.

“Very Satisfied”

The Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. My wife and I were very surprised by the size of the suite and the tasteful décor of the rooms. The kitchen was completely functional and even had marble countertops. The hotel right next door has gone out of business and is in the process of being torn down which is not a very pretty site, but this hotel was well taken care of and the owners(s) seem to take great pride in the hotel. It is comforting to know that deals like this still exist. The room was clean and comfortable. The first morning the shower control broke (although it appeared to be brand new) and the maintenance staff came immediately to fix it. This was a great deal for the price.

“It was "ok"”

For what you pay a night, it was better than what you'd probably get else where. Reasons I probably won't stay again: -The front window did not lock! So unsafe! And it wasn't just our room, the room next to us was the same! I didn't notice it until the last night we were there and it was too late to do anything about it. There was security around though and I saw Orlando PD drive just drive through a couple times too. -The pull out bed and couch were messed up. -Main bed was a little uncomfy too. The good points: -The suite itself was nice. Full kitchen, washer/dryer. No extras though, bring all your own soaps and such. - The size of the room was huge. Easily fit our pack n play and luggage. - Bathroom was nice, nice big tub. You really just have to remind yourself it was a cheap room and because some of it was so nice, it was easy to forget that fact. The window thing freaked me out, otherwise I would probably stay again.
