“Expedia mystery priced hotel”
Very comfortable for a very reasonable price in Expedia without first giving the name of the hotel. Forgot something in the room that was removed by housekeeping but despite several calls no returned phone call or returned item. About 10 miles from Internation Drive, Universal Studios and several miles from Disney.
“Great hotel for price.”
I enjoyed my stay. Check in and check out was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Can't beat the price for all the ammenities.
“OK for the price”
You get what you pay for. We only stayed to sleep 2 nights and weren't in the hotel often. The pool and the hot tub were fine. We didn't try any food at the hotel, but ate at the nearby McDonalds and IHOP. The hotel smelled, rooms were dated and had dirt in the corners and in the bathroom, however the balcony was a nice touch (view of the highway though). The light in the bathroom was extremely dim and flickered when we ran water...scary! If you're looking for a cheap place to crash, this is it. If you're looking for somewhere nice to spend a vacation, I'd spend more money and go elsewhere.
“basic accomodations”
aside from being VERY noisy with anyone in the hall being heard, the hotel was fine for a place to sleep.
“False Advertising on the distance.”
Picked this hotel due to it stating it was 3/4 of a mile from the Citrus Bowl and was in town to attend an event there. Upon arrival I was told before I even checked in when asking about shuttle services/cab, etc for the event and she said "I know the web site stated it was closer but it's not". It was about 3 miles and an additional 30 for transportation. The hotel itself was a good value for the money. The lobby has a musty smell however, the rooms were clean and well maintained.
“Ok”
Ordinary two star rooms with fancy front. Nothing but. Don't expect exceptional service either.
“keep it moving”
first off, this hotel is not what it seems. the pictures listed are outdated. the staff were not very courteous to me and my guest. reservations that were made a month in advance were not honored even after I called the hotel 3 time to make sure everything was in order. the entrance door of the room that we stayed in did not have a door handle on the inside. the balcony doors did not close all the way. towels and linen were not clean. please do not waste your time with this hotel. the cleaning crew seemed to everything but clean the room. i guess they figured that vaccuming and spraying air freshner was enough. the cleanliness and guest service of the hotel was completely below sub-standard.
“Not as good as I expected”
Well, the hotel is located near the Orlando prison, so good for a location to start with!! Reception was almost empty all night every night. Once I ended up needing some water, the only place they sell water was an empty vending machine. A hotel that doesn't have water, really weird!!! First day when we arrive (me + my wife + our son), I only found 2 pillows on the bed, I asked for 6 more and got this reply: "Are you serious?!!" And when I said yes, they told me they can only provide 4 which in the next room cleaning got down to 2!! Restaurant was awful!! They advertise that "All you can eat" but then they just put a couple of choices on the menu which is not really that good. For the same price you can eat much better meals outside. The hotel itself smells weird, kind of a restroom in a hospital if you know that smell
“Roaches so Big I thought they were Bats”
The hotel needs work. Entering the lobbying it looks like you've scored a deal. But then you go to your room and discover you've been duped. The door to the balcony didn't close. But my neighbors had leaks in their rooms from the rain than couldn't be fixed. There was also a bug problem in my room. :(
“Nice hotel”
The hotel was very decent. The room was spacious and it had a quaint little private terrace. It was very convenient to be right at I-4 highway and the price was just right!
