“Good value for money”

This is a budget hotel. You get what you pay for. My room was clean, everything worked but carpets looked a little worn out. Don't expect luxury for at this price. No stores or restaurants within walking distance. Hot breakfast was good - eggs, waffles, bacon, cereals, toast, OJ, etc. - again, basic stuff but I wasn't looking for more.

Area recommendations

Get a hotel on International Drive if you want to walk to rstaurants and shops but be prepared for heavy traffic.

“Not Impressed”

Hotel was outdated. The a/c was very old, the micorwave was rusted, and the furniture that housed the refrigerator was falling apart. The beds were very comfy, but small. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

“Cockroaches”

We had cockroaches in one of the rooms. In the other we reported a leak in the faucet of the tube since the first day. They never fixed up. I have to admit, they have a very friendly staff.

“Good hotel for the price.”

The hotel was an excellent value. The pool was great and never crowded. The breakfast was good- for being free. The staff was very friendly. The location was ideal- very close to all attractions.

Getting there

I like the hotel and the location of it. It's near to Downtown Disney, Sea World, Wet'n Wild, Ripley's, WonderWorld, Titanic and more. It has a WalMart Store at 3 minutes, and across the street have a hospital.

“Yecch”

First of all, Expedia is wrong. This hotel is 5 miles by car from the Orange County Converntion center. Yes, the center is across the highway. But you need to travel 2 miles north to cross the highway. My first room has a busted door lock, so anybody could walk right in. The second room has a broken desk light and a broken telephone. Plus a previous guest's bottle was left by the bed. Also, the air coniditoner and refrigerator were terribly noisy. Management did not care about these issues at all.

“extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

This hotel was unclean. There were dead bugs on the floor, and the room had an odor. I was so displeased, that I only stayed one night. I made reservations somewhere else.
