“Would not stay here again”

The hotel had a leaky ac which made the floor in our room wet, walls that were in need of paint due to scratches, a door that stuck when you tried to open or close it and all that could be said for their 100% satisfaction guarantee at the end of our 1 night stay was "I'm sorry" well in the end I'm sorry because this was a true waste of my money and I won't be back!

“Have stayed before, will stay again”

This is my third stay at this Radisson. It is not the newest but very comfortable and the staff are very helpful.

“Should have mentioned the remodelling”

Overall, a very nice hotel. We were treated very well and the room was very comfortable. I wondered when I booked it why the room was so inexpensive; chalked it up to a slow tourist season. But we discovered they were remodelling the floor we were on. Most days, this was not a problem, as we were out and about duringthe day. One day, though, I was laid up in the room during the day with a migraine, and the noise was unbearable: hammering, drilling, etc. It didn't ruin the vacation, I just wish we had been told or put up on another floor.

“Friendly and nice”

My stay was comfortable and I enjoyed coming to my room every day and it was always clean with fresh towels! I enjoyed the pool and the walking distance to get a bite to eat. Yes I will go back in the future!

“Nice Hotel by UCF”

The hotel was very clean and near everything I need to be around. The restaurant was very good - had a steak on night and breakfast one morning. The elevator was really scary, but they were replacing them with more modern models while I was there, so by the next time that will not be an issue. All of the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance were AWESOME and so nice!! I would definitely stay here again the next time I've visiting the UCF area!!

“A fridge would have been nice.”

The hotel and the room were quite nice for the price. I was a little surprised that it didn't have a small fridge, especially considering the weather in Florida!

“first time stay”

This is my first time staying at this hotel and my husband and I really enjoyed . The front desk attendants , the cleaning crew as well all the people at the restaurant . I loved everything.

“Not again and here's why...”

I have stayed at this hotel before and didnt have any issues at all. The rooms were neat and the sleep number bed is always nice to sleep on. However, at this particular time, I was a bit disappointed. The room itself was clean, but when I pulled my covers back, I noticed some stains on the sheets. Yuck and gross!! I didnt make a big deal about and just pulled the other sheets over it. I was too tired at the time to deal with it. The very next morning, I walked outside to my car and saw that someone had tried breaking into it!! My door handle was completely ripped off. When I went to the front desk, I asked the girl if she could give me the number to the local police department because someone tried breaking into my car. Well, if I would have been the employee at the front check-in desk, I would have asked questions and at least ACTED like I cared. All she said was..."Oh". That screams...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS right there! I was hesitant about staying there another night because of what happened, but oddly enough I stayed. This time I parked IN THE FRONT of the hotel door where everyone comes and goes. There was no way I was even going to park anywhere else! I know for sure that if I ever need another hotel stay...I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE IN FEAR THAT MY CAR WILL GET BROKEN INTO AGAIN AND HAVE TO SHELL OUT ANOTHER $275 FOR A NEW DOOR HANDLE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!

“Close to UCF”

Everything about the hotel was very nice, and very clean. The only exception was the pool area. The pool was a little cloudy, and I could see dead roaches in the skimmer portion of the pool filter.
