Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Erika at the front desk was fantastic! She answered all of my questions about local shops theaters and routes quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. Room was clean, quiet, and well appointed.

“Nice Hotel by UCF”

The hotel was very clean and near everything I need to be around. The restaurant was very good - had a steak on night and breakfast one morning. The elevator was really scary, but they were replacing them with more modern models while I was there, so by the next time that will not be an issue. All of the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance were AWESOME and so nice!! I would definitely stay here again the next time I've visiting the UCF area!!

“GREAT FOR CONCERTS AT UCF ARENA”

Convenient location for events at UCF Arena. Staff was very nice and educated. Clean rooms with many amenities. One downside was that the hotel lounge closed at 10 pm, even on weekends.

“A fridge would have been nice.”

The hotel and the room were quite nice for the price. I was a little surprised that it didn't have a small fridge, especially considering the weather in Florida!

“Radisson near UCF is a good choice”

I needed a hotel close to UCF for business. This hotel was easy to locate and had plenty of parking near the building. Check in was easy and quick. The rrom was clean and comfortable. I did not use any of teh hotel amenities as I was only stopping in overnight. I ducked my head into the gym. It was small but would provide adequate equipment for a light workout.

I'm glad I chose this hotel. While I had checked reviews for hotels in the UCF/Orlando East hospital area, Radisson had one of the better customer ratings. I went to visit family that lived in the area and be near the Orlando East Hospital. It was a distance (10 min. by car) but I needed a decent hotel to stay in since much of my time would be spent there in between visiting family since it wasn't a vacation. The Radisson was quiet, nice and it was clean. They have a pool and a restaurant, both clean. Cleanliness is a key factor for us. They have a business center w/ computers and a Gym which we didn't use. They also have a parking lot (no charge). Food was good in the restaurant, had dinner there. The hotel has the Sleep number beds which you get to try out if you ever considered one. I have to say, we slept like babies on these beds and pillows. Very comfortable and convinced me to even consider a sleep number bed. One thing, when you get to the room and try it out and the control for the bed doesn't seem to work, its probably b/c it is unplugged - ours was. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

“Can't wait to go back”

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Orlando UCF while visiting my sister and my new nephew. I have stayed at Radisson's before and have always enjoyed my stay, but this particular Radisson provided quest service that to me went above and beyond. I was staying at the hotel alone. I had been thinking of making a day trip to Universal Studios. When I asked the bartender for some advise, I believe her name was Courtney, not only did she provide me with the requested information, she gave me her phone number and told me she would go with me so I didn't have to go alone. I was very impressed with her and the entire staff.

“Long drive but good for the price”

Everything was fine except the drive to seaworld etc was a little long. The neighborhood was nice so check with your plans to make sure this location is good for you.
