Where do I start?

Beds uncomfortable. Heard every car on the road (thin window panes). Heard next door neighbor's entire conversation (thin walls). Place is still undergoing renovation after how many years later??? Hotel staff were corteous and professional.

Desk clerk very pleasant . Close to hospital and many restaurants.

Near UCF--Near many restaurants--near toll roads

Pros: location, size
Cons: housekeeping doing a more thorough job in vacuuming; more lights in bathroom.
Location: Chain restaurants all around.
About 1 mile further down road than other hotels. Near many food places within walking distance. No free breakfast--buffet is $10. Room large. Bathroom nice. Only issues were: 1) room needed to be vacuumed in corners and around doors!, 2) bathroom was dark as only one light and shower area was dark. Hotel staff was wonderful--very friendly and efficient. Parking lot was gated and nice and much parking. Wireless free and worked well. Refrig in the room.

They are in the middle of much-needed renovations.

First room had a deflated sleep number bed. they said they thought they had switch them all out. Second room smelled like mildew. Move to third room and it wasn't much better but it was too late to change. In the morning I noticed mildew stains on the crown molding all the way down one wall. Obviously there had been a leak from the floor above. But why didn't housekeeping or someone else see that? I wish I had before I slept there all night long. My wife coughed all night and is still horse two days later. They are currently doing renovations so hopefully all of this will be taking care of somewhere in the future when they finally get done but I will not stay there ever again. I gave them a chance to fix the room not once but twice and the third time is still a strikeout.

Wrong room - no king size bed

Pros: No - price was high for service
Cons: room in rentable condition and stocked
ist room was two double beds and request was for 1 king - changed room and the secon room was not to have been rented- was needing repairs, 3rd room lacked a desk light- they had take from the second room and not luggage stand also had use take from second room, ran out of toilet paper - no satisfactory responses from stafff
