Nice hotel, staff was exceptional

Nice hotel, staff was exceptional. Team of engineers Albert and JSean helped us troubleshoot some car issues we had. I would stay here again.

Pros: I have stayed here in the past, and it has had some nice remodeling to the rooms.
Cons: Rather than spending money on the rooms, maybe fix the key entry to the hotel so I could park near my room. Also, there shouldn't be children allowed!
Location: Near theme parks and Old town.
Bartender was great at the sports bar but I needed the drinks after several problems throughout. I could have done without the screaming child in the sports bar though. First the enterence near parking how I was advised to go in didn't work. It wasn't just my key, because it didn't work for staff either. Finally after lugging my bags back to the car & entering elsewhere, my key to my room didn't work. Later, I passed a large dog entering the hotel in a room nearby (a no pet hotel policy) the gentleman exclaimed he knew the "GM" and blurted out profanities at me for asking. For a hotel that advertises "no pets" I have to question it's integrity of the GM & company it keeps.

The air conditioning wouldn't stop squeaking throughout the night and the room wasn't thoroughly clean. The cleaning staff were friendly but the front desk people were unprofessional. I had questions about fees and she was rude. There is not a lot of parking and the gate doesn't work. I only stayed here because it was last minute and I didn't have time to search or read reviews.

Don't stay here

Pros: The maids were very friendly.
Many issues with our group, all they offered was a free breakfast buffet. We did that one day and the French toast was frozen in the middle. The water in the tub dripped very fast for the entire 8 days that I was there. ( talk about annoying ) I would rather pay more $$ for a better experience.

Pros: Het matras was prima en de koelkast op de kamer.
Iedere dag was er wel iets wat we niet aangevuld kregen zoals: geen zeep, geen schone handdoeken om te douchen, geen thee zakjes of geen nieuw wc papier...... het was steeds weer een verassing wat er nu weer niet was. In het weekend wakker gelegen door gillende jeugd bij het zwembad (tot 4 am !) en als piece the resistance een kakkerlak in de kamer.

Terribly noisy and management could not control it

There were a lot of kids from a sorta competition at the hotel. They and the adults with them yelled, stomped, laughed, and screamed well past midnight. Management promised to send security, but the noise continued. Mgt later stated there is not much security could do. They did change our room, refund the resort fees, and give us our last night at a reduced rate. At least they took our concerns seriously; they were well aware of the behavior of these guests and had had other complaints.

Good location but the facilities and condition are old . As well the towel is not clean. The air conditioner is loud. But the staff is helpful and effiency!

A Fine Hotel in Beautiful Surroundings

Pros: The location is in close proximity to Disney world and other popular attractions in Orlando. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance.

My experience was somewhat mixed. On the positive side, the room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities and grounds were well-maintained. On the negative side, I could not find in the room any useful information about the various services provided by the hotel and experienced constant difficulties operating the television set. The prices in the Deli were unreasonably steep, and I looked in vain to purchase a daily newspaper other than the rag provided for the $20 service fee. Although the hotel advertises complimentary transportation to all Disney parks, the only direct rides available were to Epcot.
