Pros: Great location and close to Disney
Cons: Pool temp. should be warmer.
Location: A lot of this to do beside being close to Disney World
The hotel was very close to all of the Disney park. Large clean pool. Room was very nice.

It wasn't what I expected

First of all I had to pay the hotel taxes after I paid on the internet. The receptionist didn't helped at all then the elevator didn't had half of the lights, another thing about the receptionist is that when I called to ask about room service she was a rude and impolite. The lock of our room was broke, this means the hotel needed maintenance

The hotel was well kept. Room was clean. Bed was firm and newer. Nice comforter. AC worked well and was quiet. Paid Expedia a good rate for the room but was surprised at check-in with an additional $20 activity charge. In my opinion, hidden charges are not acceptable! Period! If we were not with a group i would have refused payment with the credit card company. Just tell me the price up front. Never staying here again! Even if the group does!

Older hotel with renovated rooms

The hotel exterior and commons areas need updating but the hotel appears to keep up the properties pretty well. Corridors are too dark for my taste but the room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very supportive and comfortable. Overall, I was pleased with my choice and it's located just a few minutes from Disney and on a highway where all the restaurants are located.

Close to parks

Hotel was supposedly renovated. The door to the room instead of pushing down u have to push up and it was not easy to open. It was stuck, the toilet made a loud noise every 20 min or so the toilet seat and bathroom door had crack everywhere.
