You get what you pay for

Posted May 11, 2015
Pros: Close to Disney attractions. Price
Cons: Clerks need to have good customer service and additional help checking people in & out.
Location: Good location, close to Disney World, 7-11, Gift shop and Walgreens.
I had to call the hotel directly 24hrs before my stay to ensure they were aware of my late check in. This is where the nightmare started. The clerks were rude and didn't understand that I had paid for an extra night just so I could check in early the next day. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was transferred to a voicemail, with the supervisor calling me back 8hrs later. When I advised her I had already resolved my concern since it took her so long to call me back, she said "Oh good, have a nice day” and hanged up. The hotel is outdated and everything is old. Our A/C made a loud banging noise all night. I asked to have it checked, and it wasn't fixed, however the noise was reduced from really loud to just loud. The room was cleaned on a daily basis but only beds made and trashed taken out. The bathroom seemed dirty and towels put together but it didn’t seem like it was cleaned properly. The hotel was ok, but you really get what you pay for. Don’t expect good customer service from the clerks as they are always busy at the front desk and I always just saw one clerk checking people in & out and answering the phone calls.

Muito bom porem longe de tudo

Posted May 11, 2015
Pros: Sempre apostos a tudo e receptivos.
Cons: o valor das estadias
Location: longe de tudo
Foi muito aproveitosa, mesmo o hotel longe de tudo e tendo que pegar o ônibus que levava muitas horas ate o destino, fora isso a viajem foi muito prazerosa.

Ramada Kissimmee Gateway

Posted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: Hotel Staff was very helpful and friendly. Always looking for ways to improve your experience
Cons: Electrical outlet in the room was not working properly and the door handle was broken from the inside. Not all the ice machines were working.
Location: There are a lot of restaurants and places to go but not in a walking distance. Best to do is to rent a car
Great hotel to go if your vacation plan includes Universal Orlando and Disney. The hotel schedule for the shuttles will not always fit your schedule but is a great location to go rest and have a decent dinner. The price on the food is reasonable and you have two decent restaurant and a couple of fast food restaurant within a walking distance. If you are looking for a fancy place to stay than this is not you hotel; however, if your looking to have fun around and just use this place to recharge this is a must go location.

Disney trip

Posted Apr 27, 2015
Great stay. Very quiet with easy access to all major Theme parks. Clean rooms and good services. Don't expect the Savoy! You pay for what you get. Our room was getting a little dated but beds were very comfy and if like us you spend little time in the room and most of your time out and about in parks and enjoying our holiday then what more do you need. This is our 2nd stay at the Ramada Gateway and both stays have been spot on .

Roll away bed-NOT! Shuttle to Disney-NOT!

Posted Apr 16, 2015
Pros: Close to Disney....not sure I would stay again as was very disappointed in the service!!
Cons: People were NOT friendly! They need to give RECEIPTS.....and be honest!
Location: Near Disney
The room was ok, but our experience when we rented/paid CASH for a roll away bed turned into a “baby bed”. I went to ask for a refund since there was NO roll away beds and they had NO record of me paying for one. Well, lesson learned…always get a receipt. We were very upset! The advertised shuttle to and from Disney was VERY limited, so don’t count on that! We ended up getting a taxi!

Groot hotel, niet overzichtelijk

Posted Apr 15, 2015
Een week verbleven. Redelijk hotel.

Good hotel but had Mosquitos

Posted Apr 13, 2015
This hotel has good lobby and amenities but we didn't have time to try them. We got the corner room on 1st floor on back side and my daughter had at least 30 mosquito bites In just one night. since we stayed for one night, can't say much about other things. It's located conveniently near all parks.
