Front desk were very nice and professional and the lobby was nice and clean. As for the room, there was rust in the shower and the floor looks as it was not too clean. Some of the pillow cases looked used and dirty; a drawer in the T.V table was broken and did not close at all, and the paint on the ceiling was pilling off... Will never go back to this one.

Great hotel in a great location

This is a great hotel in a convenient location to food, shopping, and entertainment. I loved my view of the city and the rooftop pool was big bonus. I plan on staying here again the next time I travel to Orlando.

Our experience was excellent, absolutely I will recomend to other person but breakfast was really poor and not enought choices. If I decide to book again, I have my breakfast out of the hotel.

I was lucky i got a good rate on expedia otherwise I would have been furious. The first room they game me was at the end if the hotel on the ground floor amongst all the cleaners rooms. I was staying on my own with my two young sons, this did not feel safe at all and the room was so ugly and the door handle looked like it could fall off at any time. Disappointed that you had to pay extra for a safe that is just in your room anyway?? Moved up to the third floor but still did not feel safe. There are two wings, one like a hotel the other like a multi story motel. No food on site for when the weather was bad although a few restaurants close by.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything, the South wing rooms need to upgrade, breakfast very poor, They should supply water with breakfast at least.
Location: Some takeway and restaurent are near
We booked standard room as advertises, but the room was terrible, very dusty, bed and bedding disgusting, and a very noisy AC old style, so we asked them to Change the room as we requested at booking to give us the room in North wing, but they refused to change the room, then they asked to pay upgrading charges then we can have a room in North wing, so we paid the charges and then got a fairly better room, but again after three days they haven,t change the bed sheets and didn't, Hoover the carpets, so I have to ask them to change the bed sheets and then they send someone who has change the bed sheets. WiFi connection is also very poor. I will never stay in this hotel again as the price we paid to upgrade ,we can get a very good five star hotel

The room was "OK" I was very disappointed with the bath tub...my kids were really excited about getting to use the spa tub, however were unable to use it due to it spitting discussing brown goo out of the jets when we turned it on...gross!! We won't be returning

Although the hotel was good the hotel staff weren't first when I arrive they didn't found my reservation because my last name instead of doble check the information the host just denied any reservation then when she found the reservation instead of apologizing she blame me for not use my second lastname when I did told her the right lastname and when I saw the reservation in their counter I saw that my lastname it was right and she just fail to look better. She make look like a ridiculous then I had to show her my expedia app so she can look further.
