Room dirty, Found bedsheet and pillow with hair means Bed headboard is dirty. Lobby bar without any attendant.

Central international drive hotel

Pros: Pool area is nice.
Cons: Breakfast ok, could be better. Rooms need an upgrade.
Location: Good central location on international drive.
Large hotel in good location. Reception staff ok, not friendly but not rude. We were there for only 1 night in the end having decided to stay at our previous resort for an extra night and were glad we did. We were allocated a room on the ground floor, although I asked to be moved I was told the hotel was full. Standard rooms are tired with stained carpets and old beds. Some of our towels were dirty and the coffee machine could be found in the bathroom! Perhaps as most of the sockets in the bedroom didn't work (as a result the lamps didn't work and phones etc had to be charged in there). Ok for a stop off before a flight but wouldn't return.

All around an amazing experience

I fly for a living, and Pratically live in hotels. I've stayed at a few places in Orlando but over this place is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect the rooms are super clean and very comfortable.

It was a bad experience the hotel has 2 elevators and one of them not working and the second one works 12 hours. And all the guest used the service elevator

Pick up your hard hat and high vis jacket

Pros: The d├ęcor the helpful cheery cleaners, it's location for the bars and restaurants ,the great views over the lake from the bedrooms.
Cons: Part of the ground floor still resembles a building site only one lift in operation . The hotel has been like this for months sad !!
Location: It's at the heart of International drive there's everything you need bars fast food entertainment .Walking distance from Universal studios
I was on the ground floor of tower 2 room 105 it was spotless clean and well maintained by the cleaners ,great views over the lake but the trundling of suitcases outside my door at all times of the day and night was a bit disconcerting. I went to the breakfast buffet once in five days it was a bun fight , I took my meagre fare back to my room to eat, it was ok not what I expected of a Ramada hotel For a large hotel better car parking is a requirement. Well that is the minuses overall I may sound critical but it's not that bad a bit of fine tuning and it could be far far better.

Most terrible hotel experience

Booked Hotel 8 weeks in advance. Upon check in, clerk could not find reservation. The room was in a separate tower from front desk, requiring carrying bags outside the back into elevator lobby. Arriving at the room key would not open the door. Upon opening the door we found that the room was occupied. Hotel staff booked us into another room, but did not offer to transfer our bags. We had two rooms and 5 guests. Staff did not offer any discount or upgrade. Rooms were smaller than advertised, dirty, shower valve handle fell off. DO NOT STAY AT ANY RAMADA CHAIN HOTEL!!!

Honeymoon suite room

Suite room was huge, separate lounge ro bedroom, 2 tvs. Staff very helpful. Huge breakfast, kept us going for hours. Highly recommended a suite room here

This hotel needs some serious renovations. I read that they are renovating a certain part of the hotel now. However, they should not have people stating in the non-renovated side because it's horrible. My last day there, one of the workers walked in on my husband and I because they didn't knock on the door. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing. I will say the view was beautiful.

The Continental breakfast facilities were a total disaster. Waffle toaster inoperative one day. Another day there was no waffle batter. One day there were no toaster. One day the line for a toaster was 15 people due to the lack of another unit. The room had a missing light. The sink was clog, even after reporting it.
