Cons: Staff, cleanliness, house cleaning service
Location: There were plenty of things to do nearby, I would just choose to stay at a different facility.
Upon arrival I felt we were completely mislead. I was told that the hotel offered new/newly renovated rooms and a hot, continental breakfast. Our room appeared to be the oldest room in what was called a "resort". I certainly wouldn't call this place a resort by no means. We had to enter our room from the outside, which there appeared to be some pretty sketchy people walking around. The "hot continental" breakfast consisted of what appeared to be day old bagels and toast. House cleaning would "clean" by taking up towels and wash cloths, but wouldn't leave any clean ones, we had to call the front desk every time! I certainly wouldn't recommend this facility to ANYONE! I guess you get what you pay for and when you think you're getting a really good deal, it's clearly too good to be true!

The breakfast was a good variety. I was happy with having free breakfast, the choices were good. The view was amazing from our suite.

Could have been better!!

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Perfect location.
Cons: Better customer service, room conditions, breakfast time and variety.
Location: gift shops, restaurants, slingshot ride, other rides and close water park.
The hotel was located in a good place, close to Universal Studios and Sea World. It was an okay hotel that needs a lot improvement. Some of the front desk staff were rude in a few occasions. I had to wait 5-7 minutes to check out when I was the only one in line. The staff were just in their computers and kept telling me to wait until I got upset because my ride was waiting outside. I was the only customer around and they weren't even on the phone. Breakfast was served until 9AM and they didn't have much variety. Last but not least the bathroom door in my room didn't fully close and the big lamp in the room didn't even work. I called the front desk to let them know and they never fixed it or change it.

Could be nice

Posted Jun 20, 2015
The location and staff have potential with a good location to nearby attractions . Very small TV with rooms needing some TLC for a flagged hotel brand But if your idea of WiFi includes being able to load and navigate basic webpages and e-mails do not book here ! Less than a Meg Upload and Download speeds , forget streaming or work projects

Perfect

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was close to both Disney and Universal. There were shuttles to both parks. We stayed in a club level suite. We had access to the roof that had complementary drinks and snacks. Overall, an amazing hotel. Will stay here again, without a doubt.

outside entrance to elevator

Posted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: The lobby and eating area were nice.
Cons: it could have been cleaner, the carpet by the bathroom needed vacuumed
Location: close to Universal Studios, the shuttle we took in the am was nice, but he was late when he picked us up, and we took the wrong one back walked 10blks
I was surprised to see that we had to go outside to go to our room. I have trouble breathing in the humid Florida air and if I had known we had to walk outside to get to our room I wouldn't have stayed there. It didn't make me feel very safe. I did see that you had to use your room key to make the elevator work, while that made me feel safer, it was rather annoying to have to use it every time you stepped on the elevator, especially when your hands were full. The lobby and eating area were nice but the hotel was rather old and the rooms showed it.

Not up to UK Ramada standards

Posted Jun 5, 2015
Pros: nothing
Cons: Everything except the Foyer
Location: Only stayed one night before a flight home
When one enters the foyer it looks very nice but do not judge this book by its cover. We booked a Luxury King the Venetian blind did not work the carpet was grubby the shower you had to turn to cold to get hot water!. The enhanced breakfast was a joke. The sun beds by the pool were grubby The bar only served beer wine or soda For £100 for a one night stay I would expect a lot more.
