I was lucky i got a good rate on expedia otherwise I would have been furious. The first room they game me was at the end if the hotel on the ground floor amongst all the cleaners rooms. I was staying on my own with my two young sons, this did not feel safe at all and the room was so ugly and the door handle looked like it could fall off at any time. Disappointed that you had to pay extra for a safe that is just in your room anyway?? Moved up to the third floor but still did not feel safe. There are two wings, one like a hotel the other like a multi story motel. No food on site for when the weather was bad although a few restaurants close by.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything, the South wing rooms need to upgrade, breakfast very poor, They should supply water with breakfast at least.
Location: Some takeway and restaurent are near
We booked standard room as advertises, but the room was terrible, very dusty, bed and bedding disgusting, and a very noisy AC old style, so we asked them to Change the room as we requested at booking to give us the room in North wing, but they refused to change the room, then they asked to pay upgrading charges then we can have a room in North wing, so we paid the charges and then got a fairly better room, but again after three days they haven,t change the bed sheets and didn't, Hoover the carpets, so I have to ask them to change the bed sheets and then they send someone who has change the bed sheets. WiFi connection is also very poor. I will never stay in this hotel again as the price we paid to upgrade ,we can get a very good five star hotel

The room was "OK" I was very disappointed with the bath tub...my kids were really excited about getting to use the spa tub, however were unable to use it due to it spitting discussing brown goo out of the jets when we turned it on...gross!! We won't be returning

Although the hotel was good the hotel staff weren't first when I arrive they didn't found my reservation because my last name instead of doble check the information the host just denied any reservation then when she found the reservation instead of apologizing she blame me for not use my second lastname when I did told her the right lastname and when I saw the reservation in their counter I saw that my lastname it was right and she just fail to look better. She make look like a ridiculous then I had to show her my expedia app so she can look further.

Better hotels in area with better deal

Pros: location but other hotels with better service and rates
Cons: Lacking in basic hospitality skills. I work in hospitality and conduct training a couple times a year and it blew me away how rude these agents were.
Guest Services agents were awful (one gentleman was very nice that worked that night though). Wasn't even greeted checking in, two girls talking to each other doing something at their computer while another checked in the guests in front of me. I don't mind waiting but not even being greeted with a simple smile was disappointing. I selected this hotel as a surprise to my sister for girls weekend because there's a pool on the roof. What they didn't advertise when I booked it is that this is only accessible if you are staying in certain rooms Ok, understandable however there were hotels in the area with better rates we could have stayed at. We went to guest services around 5pm to ask how to get to that pool & the girl just stared at me like I was stupid, after a couple seconds I repeated myself & she said "well, what room are you in?". If I don't know how to get to the pool I obviously don't know it's only for certain rooms. All I wanted was an explanation & what I got was so unbelievably rude. I asked to speak to a manager so I could explain they should contact Expedia so they can clarify on their website. This girl just argued with me for a couple minutes & I finally thought "there's no way this is a manager, all I'm trying to do is help them with future guests so they don't end up in this situation again". So I asked & sure enough she was not a manager. Unbelievable. If there's no manager on duty don't tell me you're getting me a manager. Basic hospitality skills lacking

Pros: Front office gals were nice. Had a free breakfast but it was so busy we walked to the Ponderosa
Cons: Cleanleness!
Hotel itself was OK But there was 2 of us. Only had one washcloth and handtowel. Went to front desk and was given one more. The next day was the same. Only one. Used the glasses by the ice bucket. They were not replaced the second day. Found hair in the bed and dirt in the tub. Were told there was a shuttle to Disney Was not told it only ran at 7:30 and 11:15 AM Return was 6 9 and 10PM. The first driver was very friendly. the return one at 9 dropped us off at International Drive and we had to walk all the way back to the Hotel

Room dirty, Found bedsheet and pillow with hair means Bed headboard is dirty. Lobby bar without any attendant.
